Toulouse defender Christopher Jullien is reportedly set to undergo a medical with Celtic after agreeing personal terms. French publication L’Equipe claims talks have been ongoing between Jullien and Celtic over the past few weeks and a deal is understood to be close to completion.

Jullien will travel to Scotland in the next 48 hours to undergo a medical before the Bhoys are expected to hand over a fee in the region of £8million. The 26-year-old former France under-20 international has made over 100 appearances for Toulouse across all competitions. Celtic have moved for the Frenchman as they look to fill the void left by Dedryck Boyata following his switch to Hertha Berlin.
