Kieran Trippier admits he is unsure what the future holds for him as rumours over a move away from Tottenham continue to rumble on. Trippier is under contract with Spurs until 2022 but as things stand he looks unlikely to see it out following a season where he dipped below his usual standards.

Juventus are the latest club to be linked with a swoop, while fellow Italian outfit Napoli are also keen, along with Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid. Trippier wants to stay in England, preferably with Tottenham, but is not sure what the future holds.
“I want to stay in England but what can you do?” he said. “I’ll see what happens and what the club wants, most importantly.” When asked if he will leave Spurs, he added: “I don’t know. I go home now, spend time with my family, just recover after a long, difficult season. Everybody’s got a decision to make.
“Obviously this club has been very good for me over the last few years but I’ll enjoy my summer, come back in pre-season and that’s when I’ll sit down with the manager and have a talk about my future. “I see a lot of speculation about me not being here. I give everything, 100% every game, win lose or draw. So we’ll see what happens in pre-season.”
