Udinese defender William Troost-Ekong has been named in Serie A team of week, reports Completesports.com.
Troost-Ekong was picked following his impressive performance in Udinese’s 1-0 home win against Ola Aina’s Torino on Sunday.
Nigerian-born forward Stefano Okaka scored the winning goal for Udinese in the 41st minute.
It is the second time the centre-back will be named in the team of the week this season.
Troost-Ekong has made six league appearances for Udinese this season.

I could remember when ekong came in newly to the team, he was an average player. coach oliseh dropped him from the first team, he didn’t give up, he knew he had to prove himself.
