Watched a superb performance from “Uche Okechukwu rebirth” Troost Ekong. Was solid yesterday. Keep up the good work man. And with the coming of quality defenders like Aderabioyo, Turunarriga n also good performances from Balogun, Ajayi etc, the competition is getting really fierce. Whoever the gaffer picks will always get my support, as everyone of these defenders is deserving of a start.

…..and one “smart” somebody told us Ekong is a bench warmer in Watford…Hian?!

  • Man of the match after man of the match nominations. I still believe your playing in a league that is below your standard but its good to see you display dominant performances. Hope you get back to the big leagues where you belong very soon

  • When it comes to our own (SE PLAYERS), i find it difficult coming out to say this one is better than this one….
Only when our aficionados want to underate any or try to overate a particular player over the other….. that is when we pop up with facts/stats to counter such claims….

I rate all our players as average for now bcos we’re not there yet….

APart from SANUSI that just join FC PORTO, none of them is playing in a top club like BARCA, ATM, MADRID, CHELSEA, MAN UTD, MAN CITY, LIVERPOOL, MILAN CLUBS, JUVENTUS, BAYERN, DORTMOND, PSG or even ARSENAL, AJAX & LYON….
They’re just average club players for the mean time….

But our sport connoiseurs would never agree that this gentleman(EKONG) is bigger than the league and the club….

They keep telling us EKONG is a bench warmer….

Sometimes i wonder how a player would sit on the bench and get norminated for MOTM every now and then….

Well; to err is human but to forgive is divine….
    IT IS WELL SHAR…..

ekong is one player i love so much,on nd off field he’s a true compatriot, his passion nd love for nigeria cannot be described…….he is very lucky to have a father who sees the african ways as better nd superior to the western world’s,i had an opportunity to watch online some of his pictures, when he was growing up,where he was dressed in african kampala nd beads made of cowrie shells with his older sister sitting on their dad’s lap.PLEASE watch him any time the national anthem is being rendered nd you would see a well nd thoroughly bred naija guy. They accuse him of being too outspoken in eagles camp but what do you expect from someone who was brought up where things are done rightly?
