AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli has heaped plaudits on Samuel Chukwueze after the winger impressed in the club’s UEFA Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.
Chukwueze scored a sublime goal despite the Serie A side succumbing to a 3-1 defeat.
The 24-year-old cancelled out Marco Reus’ opener for the visitors nine minutes before the break.

The winger went past two defenders inside Dortmund’s before unleashing a shot which sailed into the net.
Aside from the goal, Chukwueze put up an impressive performance in the game.
“I am happy; finally, he was decisive in the offensive phase. There are important signs of growth from him that will facilitate his integration,” Pioli said after the game.
AC Milan occupy last position on the Group F table with five points from five matches.
The Rossoneri will now need to win at Newcastle in a final group game and hope Dortmund stop PSG to have any chance of advancing to the Round of 16.
