The assist takes Lookman’s tally to one goal and one assist in three Champions League appearances for Diego Simeone’s side this season.
Meanwhile, defending champions Paris Saint-Germain handed Barcelona their first defeat of the season with a thrilling 4-2 victory at the Parc des Princes.
The two sides exchanged goals, with Désiré Doué and Lucas Hernandez finding the net for PSG, while Xavi Espart and Lamine Yamal scored for Barcelona to keep the contest finely balanced.
However, Vitinha and Fabián Ruiz struck later in the match to seal all three points for the French champions and inflict a first defeat of the campaign on the Blaugrana.
