Udinese Reject Tottenham, Juventus Offers For Nigerian-Born Defender

Udinese have turned down offers from Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus for Nigerian-born defender, Destiny Udogie, reports Completesports.com.

According to Italian publication, Tuttosport, Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur have approached Udinese for the player, but had their bids rejected.

Udogie has emerged as one of the most sought after young defenders in Europe after a remarkable campaign for the Zebras.

The 19-year-old made 35 league appearances for Udinese in the 2021/22 season.

The former Hellas Verona player also scored five goals and recorded three assists.

The left-back, who was born Italy to Nigerian parents is a youth international for the European country.

He made his debut for the Italy U-21 squad, playing as a starter against Luxembourg in September 2021.
