Sky Bet Championship club Wrexham have congratulated Arthur Okonkwo on his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles for the Unity Cup, Completesports.com reports.
Although the Nigeria Football Federation ,NFF, is yet to release the official squad list, Wrexham were quick to celebrate the news, confirming Okonkwo’s maiden invitation to the Super Eagles.
The 24-year-old previously featured for England at youth level before opting to switch his international allegiance.

“Congratulations to Arthur Okonkwo on receiving his first call up to the Nigeria squad ahead of the Unity Cup 👏.”
The former Sturm Graz goalkeeper will be looking to make his debut for the Super Eagles in the semi-final of the Unity Cup against the Warriors of Zimbabwe on Tuesday, 26 May.
The encounter will hold at the Valley, home ground of Sky Bet Championship club, Charlton Athletic.
India and Jamaica will clash in the second semi-final at the same ground on Wednesday, 27 May.
The final will be played at the Valley on Saturday, May 30.
