Flying Eagles head coach Abdu Maikaba says his side will be aiming for revenge when they face Burkina Faso in the final of the WAFU B U-20 Championship.
The final is scheduled to take place on Sunday at the Stade Charles Konan Banny in Yamoussoukro.
The encounter will also determine the second team from the WAFU B zone that will join Ghana at the 2027 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

Burkina Faso defeated the Flying Eagles 2-0 during the group stage of the competition.
Despite that setback, Maikaba is confident his players can turn the tables on the Young Stallions and emerge victorious in the final.
“I think this is an opportunity for us to redeem ourselves having lost to Burkina Faso in the group stage. Having played them before, we now have an idea of their shape and structure and we are working on how to capitalize on their weaknesses, while also consolidating on our own strength,” Maikaba told thenff.com.
The highly anticipated encounter is scheduled to kick off at 7pm Nigerian time.
