It is strange that once upon a time Samuel Kalu can not survive Watford.
Very strange. The one I saw as the proper replacement for Victor Moses. What happened to this guy????
Very strange for someone hugely talented. I remember how he practically dismsntled Ukraine in that friendly we played under Rohr, then caused South Africans so much headache in that away match we drew 1-1 after Kalu scored first.
Some things are just beyond explanation. He was one of best players then. Most of his contemporaries are still playing while he doesn’t get an invite again. Sustaining excellence is no doubt more difficult than reaching it.
So sad this gentleman has had to struggle with injuries at the twilight of his careér. He reminds me of Amuneke, Apam,ànd by extension, Marco van Basten.
What twilight?? He is still very young at 29 years.
