Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson says he isn’t reading too much into speculation about a potential summer move to Chelsea.
The England international has been linked with a move away from Bournemouth over the last few transfer windows, however, the Cherries are yet to field any bids for their star man.
Wilson boasts 12 Premier League goals this term and has played a huge role in helping the south-coast club to secure another season in the top flight.
But his performances have reportedly led to interest from Chelsea and it’s claimed the Blues could move this summer, providing they manage to overturn their transfer ban from FIFA.
The 27-year-old has previously admitted that he wants to play in the Champions League but insists he is currently happy to continue journey at the Vitality Stadium. Wilson told the Daily Star: “I signed a long-term contract, I’m happy down there – I’m playing football. “I’m happiest when I’m on the pitch.

I never want to go and sort of be somewhere that I’m not going to play. “I never want to see myself not playing at Bournemouth even, being on the bench and things like that.
Any player has aspirations to play for their country, like I’ve managed to do thankfully, and play in the Champions League – different big occasions and big stages. “I’ve been linked [with big clubs] from a young age when I’m doing well – so I tend not to buy into it really. It can sway you off what you need to do and take away your focus.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
