Liverpool winger Harry Wilson is reported to be closing in on a loan switch to Premier League rivals Bournemouth. The Reds youngster has been in hot demand after shining while on loan with Derby County in the Championship last season and it was thought that Liverpool would cash in if a club matched their £25million valuation.
However, it would now appear that Liverpool have had a change of heart and would prefer to loan him out for another season, as long as he gets enough regular action under his belt. Bournemouth have now emerged as the club most likely to do a deal as they need to replace key midfielder David Brooks, who has been ruled out for three months through injury, and Wilson is the player they want.
