Sporting director Michael Zorc has reiterated that Jadon Sancho will not be sold by Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window. The 19-year-old England international winger has been heavily linked with a return to the Premier League having shone for Dortmund in the Bundesliga this season.

Sancho has scored 12 goals in all competitions and provided 17 assists for the season as the team’s Bundesliga title challenge faltered with a 4-2 defeat against Schalke in Saturday’s Revierderby. Manchester United have been linked with a summer swoop to sign Sancho, who left their rivals Manchester City in a £7million deal in 2017.
However, Zorc again spoke out before the defeat to insist that their star man is going nowhere. “No, we did not receive anything [an offer],” Zorc told Sky Sports. “We do not expect anything and we do not want anything, because he is on our plans. “He will play for Borussia Dortmund next season. “Nobody needs to get in touch.”
