The Super Eagles will depart for Sierra Leone today for the return leg of their Group L 2021 AFCON qualifier against Leone Stars on Tuesday, Completesports.com reports.
This was revealed by the Super Eagles’ Media Officer Babafemi Raji.
Raji disclosed that the team who had their final training session on Sunday, will depart for Sierra Leone via a chartered flight at 8am.
He said Victor Osimhen left camp on Sunday and returned to his base following the shoulder injury he copped in the first leg on Friday.
The Eagles surrendered a four-goal lead to draw 4-4 against the Leone Stars in Benin City on Friday.
A victory for the Eagles will secure qualification for the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.
The three-time AFCON winners top the group on seven points after three games while Sierra Leone are third on two points.
