This is force us to give a new right back a call.. there is a certain Samuel in fernabache who plays at right back, we also have feix agu in Germany who plays at right back.. ebuehi I don’t understand if he is ready to step up, he was ahead of aino some yrs ago and was preferred to go our last world cup..aino missed the world cup after providing the assit that made us qualify for the world cup.. we need a new right back.. shehu and awaziem don’t have what it takes to play that position… this will force us to give someone else a chance..

If etebo gets a yellow card he will miss the next game. More options in middle too.

    • Aina is one of the most skill full players in the team and he provides assists too.

I see Rohr utilizing Shehu or Bassey as makeshift right back.

And in terms of team chemistry he is very strong leader in that team . Something u might or might not know

      • @John, who is Rohr….? … Rohr as long as I know is in the past. Peseiro you meant?

Whoever replaces him must be someone with both defensive and offensive capabilities. Someone that can go past players and play crosses.

Shehu Abdullahi provided the assist to Iwobi that took us to the 2018 world cup not Ola Aina

I know tribalism would kill your mother again and again, Aina is the best lethal defender we have forever.

  • I want to see Isaac Success back in Super Eagles.. and also Akpoguma!.

There are many right backs for Super Eagles just like Musa Mohammed who plays in NK Gorica in Croatia, Tyronne Ebuehi who plays for Vennecia in Italy, Kinsley Ehisibueh who plays for Germany club FC Klon, Peseiro can recall Kevin Akpoguma as right backwho plays for TSG Hoffenheim in Germany, on defensive midfield Peseiro must recall combative , Offensive and ferocious defensive midfielders just like Azubuike Okechukwu , Joel Obi, Usman Mohammed who plays in Hapoel Hedra in Israel; quality defensive midfielders will make strong and formidable Super Eagles; also I recommend Peseiro to search for number 10 as a reserve for Alex Iwobi just like Michael Oliseh who plays for Crystal Palace in England.

Why do we keep mentioning players that are not willing to play for Nigeria.. olisa, and Kinsley are not yet ready to play for us we must beg players to Play when so many players are waiting for a chance… For me Felix agu is my most preferred choice.. if we must say the truth ,we do not have so many good option at the right back position.. akpoguma played as a center back for his club towards the end of last season, and didn’t impress when he played as a right back for Nigeria,.. this is a difficult situation. I will love to see how pesiro handles this challenge. Shehu for me doesn’t play right back so well.. we might see a new player at that position

  • Wether we like it or Not, Ebuehi is the next thing to Aina among the available players but for reason I don’t know, Coaches will prefer Shehu or Awaziem to play that role. Just prepare your mind for that.
But if the coach really want to continue his attacking game without feeling aina’s absence that much then he should go for..
*Ebuehi ( If not injured). No need of paperwork, he’s been part of the team.
    * Bright Osayi-Samuel.. doesn’t need paper work either. If the coach can call him, then bye bye to Shehu.
    * Felix Agu – doesn’t need paper work either cos he only featured in friendlies for young German team.
    * Then Akpoguma, wether Aina is fit or not, the likes of Shehu, Awaziem and the ageing Oneruo and Balogun won’t be hiding on the bench forever.
