The winner of the tie will qualify for Morocco 2024.

  • I have just read a chilling report in punch news. Falcons are spoiling for war with the NFF who told them they will neither get match bonuses nor players’ 30% share of the 1.2 billion FIFA sent to EACH member association for WC qualification because players shall be given $30k directly by FIFA.

See, perish any hope falcons will surprise the world because NFF just crushed their morale. Is glass house cursed?

Because we finished 4th at wafcon, we are now playing 2 rounds of qualifiers. Is that progress again?

    • Chai! But nah FIFA go still dey shout ‘no government interference.’ All the pot-belly NFF execs embezzling all the FIFA funds for their multiple girlfriends (the small girls with big gods Instagram babes) need to be flushed out. Maybe CAF should withdraw Falcons and replace them with Cameroun.

At least the regional qualification rubbish has been stopped. This is great news

I’ve been saying all along that this Gasau man is a major failure. It makes me furious to see those idiots at the NFF thinking they can always manipulate these girls. It’s unbelievable! While other countries are actively providing various support for their teams, we are busy reducing and delaying our own players’ compensation. Money was allocated for training and preparation by FIFA as early as October, but the Falcons haven’t played a single match to get ready for the WC. The coach and players are being owed. Everything is in chaos. And yet, if the team performs poorly at the World Cup, we blame the coaching staff and the players.

For once, I wish the players would boycott the first match, or maybe even the entire competition, if their demands aren’t met. Let the whole world see the rot in Nigerian football. President Tinubu should assemble a team of reputable men and women to investigate the crisis within the team, and extend it to other national teams as well. They should ensure that the current board is removed by the congress, review the constitution of that organization, and bring in new qualified, result-driven faces to the NFF. This nonsense needs to end immediately

  • Why should Morocco host back to back, FIFA should penalize them for use Lazer lights on their opponent.
