Falconets head coach Moses Aduku has assured that her team will give everything when they face New Caledonia at the Stadion Miejski ŁKS Łódź on Sunday.
New Caledonia, making their debut in the competition, sit at the bottom of Group F after suffering heavy defeats in their opening two matches — a 5-0 loss to China and an 11-0 defeat to Spain.
The results leave them without a point and with a goal difference of -16.
Nigeria, meanwhile, have one point from their goalless draw against China on Thursday.

The Falconets must secure a convincing victory against New Caledonia to overcome their two-goal deficit and improve their goal difference, regardless of the outcome of the other Group F fixture between Spain and China.
Aduku Focuses On New Caledonia
Aduku insists her players will approach the encounter with determination while refusing to underestimate their opponents.
“The results in their last two matches notwithstanding, we will not underrate our opponents. I am happy because the girls are in good spirits and ready to go, and there are no injuries in our camp as I speak,” Aduku told thenff.com.
“We all know the implications of not scoring goals on Sunday, so we will go in there and focus on scoring goals to stand a chance of reaching the next round. We cannot afford to go back home now.”
