Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Toronto Public Health is distributing free soccer-themed condoms as part of the “CondomTO” initiative to promote safe sex and reduce STI transmission.
The initiative comes as Toronto prepares to host six matches, including a Round of 32 clash, during the 2026 World Cup co-hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Condoms and other safer sex supplies are available free of charge at Toronto Public Health’s four sexual health clinics and community partner locations, while supplies last.
The limited-edition wrappers include six different soccer-themed designs, including one named “Peaches & Cream” that features peach and eggplant imagery.
This isn’t the first time that the city’s public health department has issued special-edition condoms around an international sporting event, doing the same for the 2015 Pan American and ParaPan American Games.
