Nice move. Shehu Abdullahi has served Nigeria well. This move to Cyprus will sustain his Super Eagles status. Al-ḥamdu l-illāhi rabbi l-ālamīn

From Turkey to Cyprus, how is it a good move? Shehu, bye bye to your SE career.

    • Don’t be surprised, some people will make case for he and will not be surprised if he is invited to any of the Eagles games.

Shehu Abdullahi was in division 2 in Turkey and he has moved to the prestigious Cyprus Premier League which some have called the theatre of dreams. Notable Nigerian Olympians played in Cyprus including Wole Odegbami.

Presently, Tyronne Ebuehi is about playing 90 minutes for Twente against Feyenord. The star Right Back is back! That a blow to Shehu. Though I’ll say this move is still fair cuz Omonia are still in the Europa competition

  • Aina – Fulham, England
    Ehizibue – Cologne, Germany
    Ebuehi- FC Twente, Netherlands
    Awaziem – Boavista, Portugal
Felix Agu – Bremen , Germany
    Shehu Omonia, Cyprus
..and we only need two Right Backs?

      Thanks @ Sean.
Good move for Shehu, but I’m sorry, he should forget the SE for now. We cant have these many options playing in week-in week-out in the top leagues and still pick Shehu at right back. Even if we were to pick three RB from amongst them, he still wouldnt cut it.

For the myopic haters who are condemning Rohr’s policy, just take a look at the list of capable right full backs we have at our disposal above and give us a reason why you will pick Shehu (or Musa ‘Cafu Kimmich’ Muhammed) ahead of them…..LMAO
