Mozambique broke their Africa Cup of Nations drought with a 3-2 victory over Gabon at the Stade Adrar on Sunday.
Faizal Bangal opened the scoring for the Mambas in the 37th minute, heading home a superb cross from Geny Catamo.
Just five minutes later, Mozambique doubled their lead after Dominguês was fouled in the penalty area by Bruno Ecuele Manga.
Catamo stepped up to coolly convert the penalty, sending the ball into the bottom left corner.

Gabon managed to find a lifeline deep into first-half stoppage time through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The goal cemented Aubameyang’s status as one of the oldest goal scorers in the history of the AFCON finals.
Diogo Calila restored Mozambique’s two-goal lead in the 52nd minute rising highest to nod home Witi’s cross.
Substitute Alex Moucketou-Moussounda scored Gabon’s second four minutes from time.
