Algeria Sends 2021 AFCON Warning, Beat Tunisia To Emerge Champions Of FIFA Arab Cup

Algeria sent a strong warning to the rest of Africa ahead of next year’s AFCON, following their 2-0 win Tunisia after extra-time to become champions of the inaugural FIFA Arab Cup on Saturday night.

Goals from Amir Sayoud Yacine Brahimi saw Algeria add the FIFA Arab Cup to the AFCON title they won in 2019.

After 90 minutes of football ended goalless, the deadlock was broken in the 99th minute as Sayoud curled home a fantastic effort past rooted Tunisia goalkeeper Mouez Hassen.

Then, right at the death and with Tunisia keeper Hassen desperately contesting a corner in the Algerian area, Brahimi raced on to a clearance, ran all the way to the Carthage Eagles’ goal, and placed the ball into an empty net.

It would be recalled that hosts of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar edged Egypt 5-4 on penalties in the third-placed match.

Algeria with Belmandi’s deputy coach making a major statement with some of their stars like Mahrez missing. This shows the depth of the team and our own Joseph Yobo was acting mojo as a pundit when Coach Rohr dived Mexico.

The Arabs are showing us how honesty and quality speaks upnext is Afcon let’s see what Pinnick and his occult members have in store plus the Betking ambassadors Okocha, Kanu and etcetera. Political ridden country. Always good at making bad choices just like it’s choice of president.

    • Buhari was never the problem of this country…. Jonathan was and is, Buhari tho clueless inherited a Country in so much debts, corrupt Jonathan killed the country with his caliber of educated thieves. Now i believe it when my lecturer said ***its easier for a literate to steal **.

OBJ left power with no debts and a total of 68 billion USD in our international reserve, but Jonathan left power with a debt of 48 billion USD and about 23 billion USD in our international reserve.

Please visit https://www.dmo.gov.ng/debt-profile and see that the present administration is offsetting so much debts.

A decline doesn’t start at once , of course there have been signs

Had it been that rohr is the one taking us to Afcon, and we happen to meet Algeria, rohr will play a 7-3-0 formation

Those are serious contenders countries. Later all these coaches in complete sports forum will start talking Rohr isn’t good. Algeria or I think Morocco already submitted them 40man list. Nigeria is in their living room with Amaju already crossing off some names he wants, I won’t be surprise he will bring his boy Etebo don Warri to play when he’s not even fit yet. I don’t get that country.
