Nigeria defender, Sani Faisal, is on the verge of joining South African Premier Soccer League club, Chippa United on a permanent transfer from Kano Pillars.
Faisal will become teammate with Super Eagles first choice goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali.
According to a report in snl24, the left-back will join Chippa United in the summer.

Aside Nwabali, other Nigerians who have featured for Chippa United are Daniel Akpeyi, James Okwuosa and Augustine Kwem.
Faisal was part of the Super Eagles team that faced Mexico and Ecuador in a double header friendly games under former coach Jose Peseiro in June 2022.
The 27-year-old came on in the second half in the 2-1 loss to the Mexicans.
Against Ecuador, he was in the starting 11 as the Eagles fell to a 1-0 defeat.
