Tolu Arokodare is determined to continue making a positive impact at Eredivisie giants Ajax following his impressive start to life at the club, reports Completesports.com.
Arokodare joined Ajax on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers before the start of the season.
The Nigeria international has quickly settled at the Johan Cruyff Arena, registering three goals and two assists in five appearances across all competitions.
The 25-year-old was handed his first start for the club in the second leg of Ajax’s UEFA Europa Conference League playoff tie against Sion.
He made the most of the opportunity by scoring twice as Ajax secured a thrilling 5-3 victory to seal qualification for the league phase of the competition.

Arokodare Happy With Ajax Form
Reflecting on his performance, Arokodare said he remains focused on contributing to the team whenever called upon.
“The reason I started? The coach,” Arokodare was quoted by vi.nl.
“I don’t know why I was preferred this time. The coach decides. It was my turn, I think. Maybe next time Kasper or Leonardo will play.
“I try to help the team every week in every possible way, whether I start, come on as a substitute or don’t play.
“I am, of course, happy with my goals, but especially with the qualification for the competition phase of the Conference League.
“By the way, I’m also happy for Sion’s attacker, a young boy who made a hat-trick. Compliments to him too.”
