Cyriel Dessers has been named in Genk’s squad for Saturday’s Belgian Pro League clash against OH Leuven at the Luminus Arena, reports Completesports.com.
Dessers was sent home from training on Wednesday after suffering a head injury.
The 25-year-old landed on his head during training and as a precaution, was told go home and rest.
The former Heracles Almelo striker is however in perfect shape and has been included in the 20-man squad for Genk’s first home game of the season.
Dessers scored the winning goal for Genk in last weekend’s 2-1 away win against Zulte-Waregem.
His compatriot, Paul Onuachu, who was also on target in the game is also in the squad.
The other Nigerian at the club, Stephen Odey however failed to make the matchday squad for the second consecutive week.
