Autsine Ogunye gave Insurance the lead on 38th minute, while Doma United equalised in the 55th minute.
Ebenezer Odeyemi netted the winning goal for Insurance 15 minutes from time.

The Benin club finished the four-team tournament with seven points, from two wins and a draw from three games.
Bayelsa United finished in second position, while El-Kanemi Warriors and Doma United finished in third and fourth position respectively.
