Real Betis won’t take up their option to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Jese Rodriguez permanently this summer. The 26-year-old was snapped up by Betis in January on-loan with the option to make the switch permanent at the end of the campaign.
The club also signed Giovani Lo Celso on-loan from PSG last summer and they have already taken up their option to bring him in permanently. However, Jese hasn’t been offered the opportunity to stay on after this term following a string of underwhelming performances. Spanish publication Marca claims Real aren’t convinced he is worth the investment after just one goal and one assist in 11 appearances.Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
