Brighton midfielder Solly March says it is vital the side stop letting in sloppy goals and wants to get on the score sheet himself.
The Seagulls have slipped down the table at an alarming rate since Christmas but winger March believes they can turn around their poor form if they cut out silly mistakes at the back.

March told The Argus: “It’s the same old story most weeks really. We keep saying we need to stop conceding crappy goals.
“We need to do it sooner rather than later and if we do that I think we will be alright.”
March also thinks it is time he himself got on the score sheet on a regular basis as, despite his ever present record in the Premier League this season, he has found the back of the net just once and he knows that should be a higher figure.
“I need to step up myself and start scoring goals as well,” he added. “I’m playing games. I think I’m playing alright. Other than the goal stats I think I’m doing well.
“I’ve said for a long time I need to start scoring goals, so hopefully it happens soon.”
