Remo Stars head coach Daniel Ogunmodede admitted his team is ready to compete with the best clubs in Africa.
The Ikenne club will be playing on the continent for the third consecutive season.
The Sky Blue Stars were eliminated in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions last season by Morocco’s AS FAR.
Remo Stars will also face same opponent in the preliminary round this year.

They will host the Moroccans in the first leg at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne on Sunday.
Ahead of the tie, Ogunmodede boasted that his side have what it takes to go far in the competition.
“We learn from our experiences, and I believe we will do better this time around,” the gaffer was quoted by CAF online.
“It’s our third time on the continent, and we’re more experienced now.”
