The Confederation of African Football (CAF), the NFF and German club Cologne have sent birthday greetings to former Nigeria international Sunday Oliseh who turned 46 on Monday, Completesports.com reports.
CAF wrote on their verified Twitter handle:”Happy Birthday to the former Nigerian international Sunday Oliseh!”
According to Cologne:”Happy birthday, @SundayOOliseh!
“The former Cologne midfielder turns 46 today.”

And NFF wrote:”Happy birthday to former @NGSuperEagles captain and coach, @SundayOOliseh.
“Thank you for the memories. Have a good one legend!”
Oliseh made his Super Eagles debut in 1993 against Ethiopia in the 1994 AFCON qualifier.
He made the squad to the 1994 AFCON and played a key role as the Eagles were crowned champions.
That same year he featured at the FIFA World Cup in the United States where the Eagles got to the round of 16.
In 1996, Oliseh helped Nigeria win gold in the football event of the Atlanta Olympic games.
He represented Nigeria at the 2000 and 2002 AFCONs and was part of the side to the France 1998 World Cup.
At club level he played for Julius Berger, Juventus, Ajax, Borussia Dortmund, Genk and Reggiana.
