Thank God. Next year we will have 4 teams on the continent.
Hahahaha…you are thanking God….LMAOoo?
You should be thanking the Angolan team that hadn’t gotten any point in the entire group stage but chose the last matchday to pull 1 point away from home in far away tunisia….LMAOOo
Otherwise all these years your super talented NPFL teams have been sending 4 teams to the continent, what has it yielded other than only 1 making it to the group stages and even struggling to reach the knockouts thereafter….LMAOoo.
The earlier CAF gives 2 of those slots to countries with serious leagues where they play serious football, the better.
Its bad enough that NPFL clubs cannot even rub shoulders with the cream de la cream of clubsides in Africa in the CAF CL….to think they also need refereeing favours to scale through/ survive in the less fancied CAF CC leaves even a more sour taste in the mouth.
This guy, I wonder what kind of a being you are. You never see good or anything positive with any news that doesnt suit your personal agenda. This is so appalling. There is time for everything, time to criticise, time to acknowledge, time to praise and time to even keep quiet.
If they had lost, same you will come here to spill your negativity which has become your nature on this platform, i hope this is not your nature in your personal life as well. The team fought for a win, you attributed the win to another team drawing and to refereeing ….jeez! You need serious help
You are very correct.
There is a time to keep quiet and keep your gutters shut.
You should listen to your own advise more often.
I’m not under any compulsion to say sweet nothings into your hears, neither are you under any compulsion to react based on my statements.
If I’ve lied, point it out…otherwise learn to understand the context of the conversation…or beter still, just listen to your own advise and keep shut.
The advice is for you alaye not for me. Stop spreading your negativity over every news that has to do with the local teams or players. I am not surprised though, you dont even know the difference between “advise” and “advice” nor “ears” and “hears”….SMH
Pele o….Mr Grammarly…LMAooo. I never knew we need to send our comments for language editing before posting them here….LMAOo
So what has it profited you now that you know the difference between advice and advise but do not have enough intelligence to process contextual conversations or spot the differene between actual printer’s devil and grammatical errors…LMAOoo
You should take your own advice more. You need them more than me.
I don’t know what positivity you want me to see in only one NPFL representative making it to the group stage of a lower tier CAF club competition like the CAF CC only to rely on favours of may shades and colors to qualify from a group that consists of names like Libolo or Dreams FC with no pedigree in Africa. We would have to throw a party should they survive a group that has Mamelodi Sundowns, TP Mazember and Al-Hilal then…LMAoo
You can as well roll out the drums and dance naked in the market sqaure because you want to show positivism.
This is the same league charlatans like you pride as resourceful enough to form a national team…..LMAooo. That we have to “thank God” that 4 of our clubs will be allowed to PARTICIPATE again next season (and continue the cycle of only 1 reaching the group stage) says a lot.
You had better prayed they make it to the final otherwise you and your blind pharisaic baseless positivity will see fire.
Like I said b4, I’m not under any compulsion to say sweet nothings into your hears, neither are you under any compulsion to react based on my statements.
You can do yourself a world of good by either hyping them because they have done what no Nigerian club has ever done before or keep your guts zipped for good.
The sky is wide enough and CSN is also large enough. If the owners of the house are not complaining, please what is the janitor’s business…???
Drey, My bro, I clearly understand your point. We deserve better representation by our teams in Africa, There were times we had 2 teams in the Continental finals, , 2003 comes to my mind. We all know this. But even at that, Rivers United fought their hearts out to go Tru, a draw in that game would have eliminated them and Club Africaine would have qualified instead, So hinging the qualification of Rivers United solely on the ability of Lobito to pull a draw against Club Africaine is absolutely unfair to all the efforts put up by Rivers United to play their own part by comming from behind to win the game against a good Dreams FC side, You made reference to Lobito and Dreams not having Pedigree in Africa, but you failed to point out that Club Africaine with the highest pedigree in the group as former CCL champions.failed to make it out of the group . Rivers on their own should be commended for their progress, The likes of Remo stars, Enyimba and Bendel Insurance who fell by the wayside after much hope are the ones that need the lashing.
Congratulations they have finally progressed.
Ndi there is no talent in the domestic league. Ngwa homebased players are not good enough. See your life.
They are not good enough…o ya kill yourself. Nonsense, they won a couple of games now, so, we should go and start worshipping them.
Sharap dia dem no sabi play ball,if dem sabi why are they not in d champions league?
Dr Drey happy New year by the way.Your post sounds really funny and leaves a LACUNA. How will a Tunisian team draw at home?
Remember Morocco helped CIV from elimination to become African champs. Indeed your higi haga has reduced.
