Cardiff Set Keeper Asking Price

Cardiff have reportedly set a £10million asking price for goalkeeper Neil Etheridge amid interest from West Ham. Manager Neil Warnock has stressed the Bluebirds aren’t actively looking to cash in on any of their star men but admitted every player has a price.

It appears as if for Player of the Year award winner Etheridge that figure is £10m, and it remains to be seen as to whether or not such a number would put the Hammers off making a move. West Ham are on the hunt for a back-up to Lukasz Fabianski and have been linked with Etheridge on a number of occasions, although they may seek a cheaper alternative if Cardiff refuse to budge on their valuation.
