Nigeria defender Semi Ajayi put up another impressive performance for West Bromwich Albion who recorded a 2-1 away win against Luton Town on Saturday afternoon at the Kenilworth Road Stadium, reports Completesports.com.
Ajayi who was in action for 90 minutes in the game has now featured in all of West Brom’s three Sky Bet Championship three games so far this season.
The Baggies are also yet to taste defeat in the league this season, with two wins and one draw from their three league games.
At the Bet365 Stadium, Peter Etebo made his first league appearance of the season for Stoke City who were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Derby County.
Etebo started the game on the bench and took the place of Sam Clucas three minutes from time.
Stoke City are still searching for their first win of the season with two defeats and one draw from their opening three league games of the campaign.
Sammy Ameobi made his first start of the season for Nottingham Forest who defeated Birmingham City 3-0.
He was replaced by Rafa Mir 11 minutes from time.
Nigerian-born duo, Ebere Eze and Bright-Osayi Samuel were both in action in Queens Park Rangers 2-0 away defeat to Bristol City at the Ashton Gate.
