Borussia Dortmund have signed on-loan striker Paco Alcacer on a permanent deal worth 28 million euros from Barcelona. The 25-year-old has enjoyed an impressive six months with the German Bundesliga leaders, scoring 12 goals in just five starts as he has been a regular off the substitutes’ bench.
And Barcelona have released a statement to confirm that Alcacer will be staying put at Dortmund for an intial fee of 23 million euros and a further 5m in variable payments, while they have inserted a clause which will see them receive 5 percent of any future transfer fee. “The club would like to publicly express its gratitude to Paco Alcacer for his commitment and dedication and wish him luck and success in the future,” added the statement.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
