Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze was on the score sheet as Villarreal played out a 2-2 draw against Hapoel Beer Sheva in Thursday’s Europa Conference League.
The Nigerian international, who was making his 4th appearance in the competition, has netted two goals and bagged two assists.
The visitor took the lead in the 48th minute through Timer Hemed via a penalty before Chukwueze leveled parity in the 54th minute for Villarreal.
The host extended their lead in the 70th minute through Amaut Danjuma before Hapoel drew level in the 79th minute through Sagiv Yehezkel.
All efforts for both teams to nick the victory proved abortive as they shared they point.

Ehn, I have been saying this for a while now – If anyone knows better then please enlighten me – I am talking about a team called Sheriff Tiraspol and their 2 Nigerian players – Iyayi Atiemwen and Rasheed Akanbi – I have been watching these two guys for some timke now and I can’t understand why they are not even on the Super Eagles radar??
Honestly, on current form, I am not seeing many better than these two guys in their position s and I think Nigeria should definitely try these guys out. To me it is unthinkable that these guys arent even on our radar? Haba!
Iyayi Atiemwen has always been there for the taking. But it remains who will call him. Until he starts playing for a team in England or Italy, Noone will call them.
