Liverpool were handed a tricky tie as they will welcome Everton to Anfield in the third round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The draw ceremony which was held on Monday was conducted by Arsenal legend Tony Adams and former Manchester City defender Micah Richards.
Manchester United have their work cut out as they will travel to Molineaux to face Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Current champions of the FA Cup Manchester City were handed an easy draw as they will be at home to Port Vale.
Other pairings that were thrown up by the draw show that struggling Arsenal will be at home to Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspur will be guests to Middlesbrough and Chelsea will face Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge.
The third round of the Emirates FA Cup will take place across the weekend of Friday 3rd January to Monday 6th January 2020.
