Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi was in action as Hull City played out a goalless draw against Aston Villa in Saturday’s Premier League game.
The Nigerian international was making his third appearance for the Tigers and was solid at the back, preventing the visitor from making any serious threat.

He was issued a yellow card in the 39th minute after a rough tackle on a Villa player.
Hull, who have still not conceded since returning to the top flight, enjoyed a strong finish and could have snatched all three points in stunning fashion, but Mohamed Belloumi’s curler bounced off the crossbar.
But the closest either team came to breaking the deadlock was Belloumi’s spectacular attempt in the 65th minute. After playing a corner short and receiving a quick return pass, the Algerian let fly with an ambitious, left-footed curler that struck the woodwork.

While many tipped them to be the favourites for relegation, Hull’s incredible start to the season continued to be the story of the third weekend of the new Premier League campaign.
Sergej Jakirovic, who penned a new contract on Friday, will still be the happier of the two managers, though, with Hull second in the early-season table on seven points and Villa 17th on one.
