Nigeria forward, Victor Boniface has been nominated for the UEFA Europa League Player of the Week award.
Boniface netted a brace in his Belgian Pro League outfit, Union Saint Gilloise 3-3 draw against Bundesliga club, Union Berlin at the Stadion an der Alten Försterei on Thursday night.
The 22-year-old was on target in each half of the Round of 16 encounter.
The former Flying Eagles striker fired home his first goal on 28 minutes.

Boniface scored his second of the game 18 minutes from time turning home Bart Niewukoop’s cross.
The striker has now scored five goals in the Europa League this season.
The reverse fixture will be played at the Lotto Park next week Thursday.
Bruno Fernandes, Paulo Dybala and Edmond Tapsoba are the other players nominated for the award.
