Europa League: Osimhen Will Be Too Hot To Handle For Barcelona –Amuneke

Former Barcelona winger, Emmanuel Amuneke, has warned the Blaugrana about Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, ahead of both teams’ Europa League knockout round playoff fixture on Thursday night.

Amuneke highlighted the qualities of Osimhen, insisting that the 23-year-old is like former Barcelona striker, Samuel Eto’o.

According to him, when Osimhen pressed, it seemed that he did it for two or three players, adding that the Super Eagles attacker is too smart to play space.

“When he pressed, it seemed that he did it for two or three players. He is too smart to play in space,” Amuneke told Spanish newspaper El Pais.

“He doesn’t have a very orthodox dribble, he can take it with his ankle, his foot, or whatever, but he always goes straight to the goal.

“He doesn’t do any flourishes. And he has impressive speed. He is a bit like Eto’o”.

Mr.Amuneke, try to spend more time on improving your poor records with teams and communication skills.
The nff needs to get this Amuneke occupied, it looks like he has so much free time..
The nff should help him more by moving him to the CHAN team. Let him get occupied monitoring and grooming home based players.
No wonder Roar prefers Salisu to him.

Close your eyes for a moment, and imagine yourself as Osimhen, reading this piece about you coming from your coach. I’m sure you’ll be motivated. For that simple fact, this stuff from Amuneke isn’t an empty jibby-jabber but a morale booster for a player he will soon work with in the national team .

CSN, could your reporters/analysts throw a searchlight on the goalkeeping department? What are our options, local and international? Going to war with only one weapon?

We seem to be putting too much emphasis on strikers. Please seek out veterans like Enyema and sound their opinions.

Kehinde is proving a potential quality NO.10 in the match against Leicester. I suggest our SE coaches should start grooming that boy even if to play some of our friendly matches. Even Stephen Odey looks another type of striker, different from others. We are really spoilt for choice regarding players for SE.
