It was one of the greatest goalkeeping displays at Old Trafford.
“It would have been the greatest result in the club’s history. We defended heroically. I was frustrated that we didn’t keep the ball in the final third better. There was wave after wave of attack,”Lennon told BT Sport.
“Players were resilient and strong. My goalkeeper was incredible. A few will come out with a lot of glory. I’m really proud. But at this level, you need to keep the ball better.
“He really stood up to the challenge tonight. He’s taken his chance brilliantly. That performance was the best of his career. He may never better it.”

All you Pathetic Uzoho haters, eat shit. He is more reliable than Okoye. Okoye would have conceded 10 goals against Manchester United yesterday. If hating was a crime, haters will all be in jail.
The pressure Nigeria fans put on these players could easily be negatively impacting on them when on national duty. It’s fair to criticize but definitely unacceptable to crucify. ITS JUST A GAME OF FOOTBALL WHERE YOU WIN TODAY, LOSE TOMORROW WHILE OTHERS WIN. NO TEAM, WHETHER NATIONAL OR CLUBSIDES HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO BE EXEMPTED. WE NIGERIA MUST LEARN TO ACCEPT THAT WE ARE BEATABLE JUST LIKE BRAZIL, ENGLAND, ITALY, MANCHESTER CITY, BARCELONA ETC.
Uzoho was outstanding last night. He’s performance last night was enough to get him a good club away from the Cypriot Club. He really came to the party last night with a 5 star performance at the big stage. This is why we need our players to be playing at the big stage.
