These threats from home and away, Maduka should be careful.

  • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

Eya! Poor Innocent dude. What did he do to merit such an attack.

Anyway am waiting to see all those hypocrite with their fake love comments. Especially those forumites calling for him to be benched for Akpehi or uzoho.

    • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

9 saves? Including a penalty? Hmmm.. GENERAL ROAH really knew what he left behind and why he made him the NO 1..

      • Chinenye 2 years ago

Are you sure you’re not a gay partner to Rohr?

        • Anum Barnabas 2 years ago

They are talking football you are talking gay.
You are into it I think so.

          • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

E tire me o my brother. Me too am suspecting @Chinenye. LMFAO! Anyway @Chinenye if you want a partner sorry me am straight. LMFAO! But you can talk to your fellow retards like Chima and Ugo Iwunze. Am sure they will be interested.. LMFAO!!!

    • Igbekun Abo 2 years ago

My guy, the thing tire man pickin o! If we talk now na so so abuse them go abuse us. It passes belief how any right thinking fan will pick any other goalkeeper to start ahead of the only one we have registered to a England Premier league club. Okoye is the undisputed number one for Nigeria. His performance last night didn’t suprise me one bit. Only impatient shortsighted people will be shocked. This guy was only going through hard times. He needed our support but we abused him on social media and asked for him to be dropped for a Cyprus bench warmer. That is bad. Naija fans are horrible. Only heaven can forgive some people. Okoye the great, true fans are behind you. I and I always knew you were destined for greatness.
Heaven bless Okoye and all deserving Super Eagles goalkeepers.

      • Thanks bro, Nigerians are just like their girls. They play with you when things are doing okay when things goes the other way they turn to the other side. maduka okoye well-done 9 saves including a penalty this is still the same guy the @conquerer and co were abusing yesterday

  • Ako AMADI 2 years ago

Nigerians wanted to kill Okoye for one mistake. Last night Dutch people were about to lynch him for successful goalkeeping. The World is round and so is the ball.

    • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

LMFAO! Those guys are just pure gamblers if you check properly.

They are pained that GENERAL ROAH legacy(Okoye) didn’t let them cash out. LMFAO!!

  • Okoye just need 100% concentration on his performance and less distraction from the world. If possible suspend your social media handle like troost did.

Whether we like it or not this guy remain the most active goal keeper that we have now. We just have stand by him, talk sense to his brain when necessary, criticize constructively, forgive if neccesary and pray for him.

Like I said before other, keepers too have their flaws uzoho is poor in low ball while akpeyi is not too good in area ball.

Let our goalkeepers trainer work on their weakness to bring best out of them.

    • Igbekun Abo 2 years ago

Hello Babylon, this is what we call constructive criticism. To ask for Okoye to be dropped in this difficult time is just wickedness. No matter the epistle of some crapficionados, Okoye remains our number one. True fans will stand by him. I and I will never desert our players in their time of need. Heaven bless all deserving Super Eagles players going through hard times.

      • True fans are rare , there was a time that I was even told to buy a club a put okoye as my keeper that they don’t want him.
Okoye still remains Nigeria’s keeper with the highest profile now uzoho has ability but he is a fiil, he left apoel to omonia to become a second keeper and the puzzling thing about it is that apoel is still higher that omonia on he table. At apoel he was the number 1

Where are the town criers who are always quick to give come here to give us free us updates anytime Sparta Rotterdam losses games…?

Okoye keeps a clean sheet win 9 saves (that many saves in a match isnt going to be a suprise for anyone who has been watching him save Sparta from humiliation repeatedly this season) including a penalty save in a game Sparta had no business winning and CSN is suddenly as quiet as a morgue.

They have all gone dumb…or maybe their tongues have cleaved to their mandibles.

    Hypocrisy at its peak….!

    One of many typical examples of such hypocrisy is this;

    Igbekun Abo 4 weeks ago
“…Watford go soon discover say na basket them purchase thinking say na bucket….. lolzzzzz, lolzzzzz…”

That was only just a few weeks ago

Okoye conceding 29 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets in 20 games in the Eredivisie makes him a basket according to his haters, but Adeleye conceding 33 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets in 22 games in the Isreali league makes him “safehands” because of youtube videos that are only meant to show his good games…..LMAOOooo. I hope those compiling his YouTube videos will remember to include his howlers against Maccabi Netanya and Maccabi Petah Tikva 2 and 3 weeks ago that forced him to be demoted to the bench when they are compiling their next youtube series….LMAOooo

I am still struggling to count the number of SE players who went back straight into the starting line ups in their clubs after returning from AFCON. Okoye indeed must be a basket….LMAOOoo.

Let them all come, homebased or foreign based, lets see which one of them never concedes goals. Shebi na GK like 80caps Enyeama una dey find….God go help una see am….LMAOOoo

    • Mercy 2 years ago

Baba no mind all of them. Even ospina conceded similar goal they were blaming okoye for just recently.

  • Igbekun Abo 2 years ago

@Dr Drey, sense no go kill you. Me I am now born again with evidence of speaking a different tongue. Lolzzzz Lolzzzz. After that statement, I and I took time to study Okoye. One thing became evident, I and I was wrong. It takes a man to admit wrongdoing and change his way. On many other topics,@ Dr Drey remain resolute even when it is evident that you are chasing a lost cause. Today is not the time for squabbles. Nigeria’s number one goalkeeper was attacked yesterday with a bottle. He could have been blinded. Whether I used to like Okoye or still do not like him, this it time for solidarity, not to throw cheap shots. Okoye needs our support at his time of need. Basket or no basket, all sensible Nigeria fans should condemn the cowardly act of barbaric attack on this young man yesterday. @ Doctor Drey, it is not everytime that you have to attack others. Your insatiable appetite for quarells knows no bound. Doctors are meant to be a force for unity, you know nothing other than to stoke cantankerous division. A higher standard of behaviour should be expected of a Doctor, be it academic or medical.

    • Dr. Drey 2 years ago

Hahahaha….please leave Dr. Drey and his lost causes. His “Lost causes” that always end up in vindication, leaving duds to live with trauma for days afterwards….LMAOOoo…one of them which is everything you have just written here now after being caught hands in jar….LMAOooo.

Doctors are apparently made of Teflon and expected to keep quiet and absorb insults like a shock wave insulator while people who know “standards” are feeling cool about their shades-flinging. Doctors should keep mute like dunces when people who think they are smart are using insults to advice against insults…..LMAOoooo

A man who stands for nothing falls for anything…..LMAOOoo

      • Igbekun Abo 2 years ago

@ Dr Drey, as already mentioned, this is a day of solidarity for a young goalkeeper who is still going through shock after a traumatic experience. Which ever side of the fence fans are regarding Okoye’s capabilities, this is neither the time nor the place for those talks. Carry on with your petulance, I for one know what you stand for, which is division, chaos, quarells and meaningless feuds.
Today I approach you with a collegiate spirit in tribute to Okoye. People do change their minds, that is not a crime. What can be perceived as a moral crime is seeking division at a time when we all must come together to encourage Okoye at his time of need. Heaven bless Okoye and all deserving Super Eagles players going through hard times.

        • Dr. Drey 2 years ago

Hahahaha…now they know the meaning of petulance….LMAOoooo…when they have been caught red handed in their sheepish hypocrisy…LMAOoooo.

I guess this article was also written when Okoye was attacked by fans too.

“…I Can Only Help Sparta Rotterdam, Not Watford Out Of Relegation –Okoye…”

Okoye must have been living his best life when y’all were making a caricature of him and undermining all the hardwork he has put into his well-deserved career successes till date.

You also can carry on with your face saving scrimshankery.

Okoye does not need flippant hallelujah singers for encouragement.

“…Watford go soon discover say na basket them purchase thinking say na bucket….. lolzzzzz, lolzzzz…”

          I still dey laugh.

          Charcoal calling a kettle black…..LMAOoooo

Okoye is as bad as he is good. What that means is he is unreliable. He will be a risk against that Ghana.

  • Ferdna 2 years ago

Nigerians are good at attacking their own that is why this case is not surprising. Okoye is a risk no doubt but Cerezo could decide to field him all he wont after all when the basket allows goals to go in, Cerezo will have himself to blame. The fear has always been those who are eager to attack Okoye might have arranged to meet him in Ghana. I love him but should be watchful while in Ghana.

    • When will you guys be satisfied?, He just gave a great display and you still consider him a basket, he save 6 shots that were played in the box 18, made three divind stops and kept a penalty kick.
Truly okoye must become a god before he can satisfy you guys

Chief Igbekun Abo, you that your name includes the word crap, no be you be the chairman of the CRAP-FICIONADO SOCIAL CLUB? Hehehehe! I greet you, Mr. Chairman! The chair, the chair!
I agree with you on this one though. If Okoye is doing well, we should all get behind the lad and support him. But if he’s not ready, then there should be no sentiment. I’m not a goalkeeper or a coach. I can’t tell you if Okoye is ready or not. But I know for a fact that if he performs like he did at the Afcon against Ghana, our world cup ticket would be on shaky ground!
Let’s hope Okoye is on the up and up. He does have talent. We need him to start bringing that talent to the table.

    • Edoman 2 years ago

Okoya is a risk Nigeria cannot and should not take against Ghana. He has conceded more goals for his Club & Country than l can remember. l don’t want to call him bad name on a day like today but, For Eguaevon to play him against Ghana is like doing so at his own risk. Why would fans wants his head if his hands were safe?

Repeating yourself will not do you any world of good @Dr Drey. Mohammed Ali once said that the man who sees the world at age 30 the same way he sees it at age 40 has only wasted 10 years of his life. Change, they say, is the only constant thing in life. A secondary school O level certificate holder should know that, a diploma holder should know that, a Degree holder should know that…. A Doctor should know (far) better….
You have occupied significant space to highlight a point of view which I have since departed from and you act like you have delivered the best thesis of any Doctorate aspirant, like you have created the best invention after slice bread. How pathetic.
Mohammed Ali was born Cassious Clay a Christian. He changed his views, like I changed my views on Okoye, to become a Muslim and died Mohammed Ali.
Continue to project my Cassious Clay view on Okoye and I will keep telling you that today is not the day. I have seen the light and to me, Okoye is now Nigeria’s Mohammed Ali, OKOYE THE GREATEST, one might say. If you want to scour the length and breath of Complete Sports Nigeria website looking for topics where my views have changed with the benefits of hindsight, wisdom, research and further investigation, please be my guest. But I have a feeling you will be here for a long looooooong time… Lolzzzz Za Za Za Za Za Za. Lolzzzz.
So, when Okoye is floating like a butterfly to keep Ghana at bay, you continue to sting like a stingless, aimless bee, wedged in views that others have since departed from.
I was on social media this afternoon and read from eminent Doctors who are flexible in their views and not ashamed to show who they are. You are here always proud flexing your mental muscles in the shadows looking ferociously for who to quarell. But I tell you, observe a cease fire today. Let’s pay homage to Okoye, he needs our support far more than you need someone to quarell with.

    • Dr. Drey 2 years ago

Hahahaha…..and in his mind he has said something new and reasonable….LMAO.

Agony of a cheap hypocrite caught bare butted….LMAOoooo

      • Igbekun Abo 2 years ago

Coming from someone who keeps repeating himself like a broken vinyl record. Lolzzzz
Agony???… I am at peace with myself… don’t keep bringing agony upon yourself by being stuck in the past…. Time machine will serve you well to go back and enjoy views people have since left in the stone age… Lolzzzz lolzzzz hahahaajha.

Vitesse need to suffer a heavy punishment for this senseless, wanton attack on Okoye.
    The punishment should include:
    1) A huge monetary fine. An amount that is enough to significantly reduce the club’s net worth.
If they refuse that, then they should suffer automatic relegation to division 2.
    2) They should be banned from playing games at their home stadium for a minimum of 1 year.
    3) The idiot that ran into the field to confront Okoye should receive a life ban from all FIFA organized competitions.
    4) Also, the idiot that threw a water bottle on Okoye’s head should also get a life ban from all FIFA competitions. Additionally, this person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed under Dutch law. That was assault, perhaps even attempted murder. That individual must pay dearly for his foolishness.
A heavy punishment is needed in this instance, to serve as a deterrent to other would-be offenders anywhere else.
