IMC Announces Date For NPFL Super Six

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) will start on June 3, according to the Interim Management Committee (IMC).

The competition which will determine the winner of the 2022/23 season will end on June 11.

The IMC earlier announced the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Lagos as venue of the highly anticipated competition.

The top three teams in Group A and B will fight for honours in the Super Six.

Group A leaders Bendel Insurance have already booked their spot in the competition.

The five other teams will be determined this weekend after the conclusion of matchday 18 games.

The first and second teams in the Super Six will represent Nigeria in the CAF Champions League next season.

The overall third team on the table will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.
