“Xavi fits perfectly, that’s for sure. Not just because of what he knows about the club or the place, but because he’s prepared for it. That’s the most important thing, not for what Xavi represents but as a coach and how he’s ready to take on this challenge.

“I wish him all the luck in the world and I’m convinced he’ll be good because he has prepared for this moment and is very excited to be able to take it on.

“I hope that he has the circumstances to gain success. I wish him the best. For him as a team-mate, for Barca, for the club, of course.”

  • It is really not going to be a big deal for Xavi to hit the ground running being a familiar tuff. Though time is still required to put Barça in proper shape, an overhaul of management its style can’t be undermined and setting priorities/targets for his charges should be Xavi other engagement.

He shouldn’t be hyped to the extent of allowing it gets into his head. I would rather suggest a wait and see. Though renowned for ideas, his artistry in passing, vision, ball retention and positioning and also considered as one of the best midfielders of all time, Xavi has all it takes to succeed. For now, let’s keep our fingers crossed.

For the fact that he had a 505 appearances for Barca and 58 goals to his credit in all competition, that does not guarantee him success as a coach. Xavi is not in the class of Pep who during his stint, Barca became the first club in spain to win tremble; La Liga, Copa del Rey and Championship. Ronald Koeman should have be given some time to turn the team around but whoside, people suddenly forgot that the absence of Messi, Suarez was negatively impacting on the entire team.
Some of these things take time.

Wao Wao Wao!!! Bolade Anjorin ooo, some of us live in Bacelona, this is my 30 years as a Catalonian, Abegi, leave Messi, leave Suarez out of this. Don’t forget the 505 appearances you mentioned were from the sessions Xavi played Bacca’s A-Team. He had already appeared in 55 times and scoring 3 goals in B-Team. Which totals 560 appearances and 61 goals in all competitions. Xavi is going on full swing because that is the feeling of everyone one outa hia. @Francis Eluba, here no be emah bi ikpogi soupe conversation, na de koko with substances.

Hmmm! Momoh ‘d can’t see Rohr is just a funny one way traffic situated around some cartoon network stereotyping. Mheen! The volume, Pump it up like realtime ideas.
See, the argument has gone passed whether it will be Xavi or another; or Xavi better than coach Rorh.
Al-sad had long remained history, so, my roadmap does not include Xavi coming in earlier to be in charge for the Champions League match in Kiev or the league fixture in Vigo. Instead, he and his team should work to prepare for a few intensive weeks during the international break as if it were an ‘express’ preseason taking into account the handicap of having a group of ten to twelve national stars away. The challenge is to be as ready as possible for the derby against Espanyol at Camp Nou.
In Camp Nou. dey simply fasten their seat belts because we are already have a good time on the global scene.

*In Camp Nou. dey simply fasten their seat belts because we *(are)* already have a good time on the global scene.

  • Yep! Bolade Anjorin… Pep was Barca as Barca was Pep. At that time Mourinho diatribes found space. Barcelona had just lost the Copa del Rey final, the team was tired and affected by injuries. Mourinho’s smear campaign seemed to be taking its toll and Barcelona were considered underdogs in this tie. In the day before the match, Guardiola famously claimed that Mourinho was the press conference champions, hahahaha press conference, but that he rather speak on the pitch. And boy did he spoke, this time in camera.

Ideals behind his wonders, Lionel Messi had another unforgettable performance, scoring the two goals of a somewhat ugly match. The second goal is surely one of the best in Champions League history. This is one of the greatest victories of the Guardiola era.

In the end, Mourinho had no answers to Barcelona’s domination…literally. All he could do was ask “why?

Let me join the conversation after work, see you!

See Sura o. Hope Chief Thomas Adeboye HRH is fine,e don tay abi chief no know say Xavi don be Barca coachie?

Anyways, according to Jim knews a waka waka mouth piece, when Xavi met with Víctor Font to work out a team plan, this was immediately he received his appointment letter, Xavi mapped out a very detailed strategy that ran from the first team to the youth categories and even included the club’s medical department. Laporta will not give him control of such a large part of the organization, but he has agreed that at least seven partners must be part of Xavi’s technical crew, no politics. I think Xavi might experience some limitations knowing fully well that the Estruch, a former Spanish politician is man of few words.
