Inter Milan are refusing to meet Roma’s valuation of Edin Dzeko and are willing to wait until next year when he will be available on a free transfer. However, hammering out a deal with Roma is proving difficult as the Giallorossi are holding out for a sizeable fee which would enable them to bring in a suitable replacement. Inter, who are now under the leadership of Antonio Conte, are unwilling to match it and unless Roma back down and lower their valuation, they run the risk of losing him for nothing.
Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio says Inter and Dzeko have an arrangement in place that will see him head to the San Siro and it is only a matter of time before he turns out in the blue and black.
