Matches between both teams has always been close and Iheanacho is not expecting anything different this time around.

“I’m 100-per-cent confident that we will go through. Obviously they have a strong team, a strong squad, good players, and they really want to win as well, so it’s not going to be easy,”Iheanacho told FIFA.com.

“It’s going to be a fight. We have to work really hard and want it more than them. But I have so much confidence in this Nigeria team and the group of lads we have here. I’m very confident we will be at the World Cup.

The Leicester City forward also spoke about the rivalry bewteen Nigeria and Ghana.

“It’s not just a rivalry – it’s way more than that. It’s a lot of things. It’s a massive game. It means everything to Nigerians anyway, and this time it’s for a World Cup place,”he added.

The moment he reached Kumasi he can see an different atmosphere

Kumasi is the ancient of the most talked tribe in AFRICA ASHANTI!

  • Tomorrow’s game requires the following players to stand up and be counted:
Iheancho, Uzoho, Balogun, Osihmen, Simon, Ighalo and Aribo.

If these guys in particular turn on the afterburners whilst the rest don’t phone in their performances and Eguavoen gets his tactical approach to a T, Nigeria will be home and hosed.

Good luck to the Super Eagles!

I have actually seen the match. I saw 2-1 in favour of Nigeria. First goal was before 15minutes, second goal was similar within less than 15 minutes to second half. That is what I saw buh som ething is telling me that we scored another goal buh am not sure yet. Ghana goal was through head. Wait for it.

I am trying to read Eguavoen mind for the game. I think he is going to go with his usual 442 formation.
Then, if that is the case. My line up prediction is:
    Uzoho,aina,zaidu,balogun,ekong,etebo,aribo,ihenacho, Simon, Dennis,osimhen

  • I sincerely hope that the SE will put up a good fight,by defeating the BS.

Anything short of victory is unacceptable to Nigerians.

Not with the boastful attitude of the Ghanaians!
