Japan Coach Ikeda Satisfied With Win Against Super Falcons

Japan head coach Futoshi Ikeda praised his players for their impressive performance in the 2-0 win against the Super Falcons of Nigeria on Thursday.

Mina Tanaka scored twice in the second half to help the Asians extend their unbeaten run against the Super Falcons to three games.

“Until now, we have often played with a four-man defender line, but we have prepared a new system to expand the range of our plays both as a team and as individuals,”Ikeda was quoted by the official website of the Japanese Football Federation.

” I am satisfied with the efforts of the players towards that. In the first half, we thought a lot about the impact of the new system, and we didn’t have enough actions behind the defense line and shots toward the goal.

” I think the fact that we were able to win well in the international match also contributed to the achievement.”

Why won’t the Japanese coach be satisfied playing at home in front of his people. I hope he makes the mistake of bringing the Japanese women’s team to face the Super Falcons in Nigeria!

      Then what will happen?

Did you watch the match? If not for our goalkeeper you people will be counting 5 or 6 goals…

This white coach isn’t doing anything good with the falcons.
