Nigeria forward Anayo Iwuala was on target for Al Arabi who beat Al Qadsia 2-1 in the Kuwaiti topflight on Wednesday.
Iwuala has now scored a goal in each of his last three league appearances for Al Arabi.
He opened the scoring to put Al Arabi 1-0 ahead as they recorded their third win in a row after three games played in the league.
Al Arabi seat top in the league table on nine points and are just three points ahead of second placed Kuwait SC in the 10-team standing.
Iwuala joined Al Arabi from Esperance in 2023 amd spent the 2022/23 season on loan at CR Belouizdad and scored four goals in 23 appearances.
