LaLiga: Omeruo, Awaziem Battle Real Madrid For Survival

Super Eagles duo, Kenneth Omeruo and Chidozie Awaziem will look to help Leganes maintain their top flight status when they host Real Madrid in the final game of the season on Sunday (today) at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque.

Leganes currently occupy 18th position on the table, with 35 points from 37 games.

The Cucumber Growers must beat newly crowned champions Real Madrid and hope Celta Vigo, who occupy 17th position either lose or draw against Espanyol to avoid the drop.

Awaziem missed the important clash due to suspension, while Omeruo was an unused substitute.

Celta Vigo lost 3-2 at home to Levante in their last game

Omeruo has featured in 23 league games for Leganes this season and scored once, while Awaziem has made 26 appearances.

Dreams do come true, if they can be determined enough and bold enough, with the right strategy and God on their side, they will win and remain. It is possible. I join Awaziem to believe.
