LeBron Laments Lakers Loss

LeBron James says his LA Lakers side failed to “take care of business” after their 113-105 loss to city rivals the Clippers.

The Lakers fell five-and-a-half games out of the postseason picture after the defeat to their neighbours on Monday night and will have to try and bounce back when they host the Denver Nuggets in the early hours of Thursday morning (UK time).

LeBron has admitted the loss to the Clippers was another major setback and now LA can’t afford to have anymore slip-ups if they are to stand any chance of featuring in the postseason.

“This was definitely a game we needed tonight for obvious reasons,” LeBron James said. “This is a team we’re chasing. We didn’t take care of business.”
