There would soon be serious war for super eagles number 9 position.. Maja, iheancho, Cyril, onuachua, okereke( no one remembers him anymore), akpom, just for one position to partner oshimen.. We have never been this blessed for a while

I didn’t even mention olayinka and sadic umar… Come march we would know who gets that position.

Let the “invite him chant begin” goals is all you need to cause a debate among Nigerian fans. How you go about it or how poor you played is “highly irrelevant”

My brother scoring an hat trick is not a joke or luck if you understand football. Only 3 Nigerians have managed to score hat trick goals in French league, Osaze, utaka and agali out of the numerous Nigerian players to play in that league… This maja boy should be taken seriously. But I predict a war for selection by next year march

Imama and NFF have really done this generation a great disservice. this set of Olympics team would av been a real Dream team. alas we wont be there to showcase the talent at our disposal at this level. i feel really pained when i see this guys banging the goals weekin weekout. shame on NFF for not qualifying for Tokyo Olympics. however good luck to super Eagles coach he has a real good selection headache. i hope this players stay in for for as long as possible.

Josh Maja is a real contender for the attacking positions in SE. Scoring a hatrick and creating an assist in ligue 1 is not a joke. He even scored over the weekend. Osimhen, Josh, Sadiq, Cyril, and Olayinka are major contenders for the forward line of SE.

DESSERS ON CONTACT WITH ASSISTANT EAGLES COACH
”There has already been contact with the Nigerian association. After the match against ADO Den Haag, the assistant from Nigeria sent me a message that I was doing well,” Desssers said to Sporza.

”But that is not going to be easy either. There are 300 million Nigerians worldwide.”

Born to a Belgian dad and Nigerian mother, Dessers confessed that he has never visited Nigeria and is targeting a call-up to the Super Eagles even if it’s for a non-competitive match.

”I have never been to Nigeria, also because the political situation has not been so calm in recent years. The last year it is only slightly better.

”I would like to go there and it would be twice as nice to do that to If only to play a practice game against Madagascar or Mauritius,” he concluded.
