    Yes o. Lets go.
I anticipate an entertaining encounter tonight. http://www.livetotal.tv/c/football/friendly-match/13-10-2019/brazil-vs-nigeria/1/

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

….and Osimhen forces a palmed save from Ederson after been found by iwobi, and shrugging off Marquinos in the box

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

12′ off comes neymar for coutinho.
e be like say bini pipo don do dia handwork….Lolz

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

19’…..almost an own goal from Marquinohs after smothering chwkueze’s cross over his goal.

2 shots on target to brazil’s none so far.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Chukwueze giving the Brazilians a lot to worry about in the last 5 mins.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

25′ Chuwkueze causing many anxious moments in and around the brazilian box. If only his understanding with osimhen can be more telepathic.

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

You guys can watch the match here FEED4U . Let’s go Super Eagles. God bless Nigeria!!!

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

28′ Great full stretch save from Uzoho from a point blank header from Gabriel Jesus. Brazil finally get to test the Nigerian Goalie.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

30′ Another save from Francis Uzoho…this time off Phillipe Coutinho’s effort close to the 6 yard box.
    Shots on target so far….
    Bra 2:2 Nig

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

    34’…..Gooooaalllll…..Ariboooooooo

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Nice layofff from Simon…Aribo ghosts into the box…all the way into the 6 yard box and slams the ball past hapless ederson….
    Allezzzzz ….Allleeeezzz…..Vamossss…Vamossssssss

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

37′ Ndidi takes his turn to test Ederson from outside the area…!

  • Lord AMO 5 years ago

    Aribobo!!!!

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

40′ Great intervention from Ekong to cut out Gabriel Jesus’ low cross into the 6 yard box from the left.

  • I have always had faith in Moses Simon.

Like I said recently, he is morphing into a quality all round winger with great defensive qualities.

Even before his control and sublime pass for the goal, he had bailed Collins out at the back several times earlier on in the game.

A quality all round modern day mature winger.

    • One of Iwobi and Etebo needs to be sacrificed for Aribo to have a starting place.

I will nominate Iwobi because Etebo offers more defensively.

      • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

On the contrary my brother, I will sacrifice etebo, because of late, he is beginning to offer little offensively.

Our greatest undoing in the SE of late is our inability to keep things tight in the middle from the 70 min of games….and that is because by then at least 2 of our midfielders have gassed out, and no capable replacement. It will be nice to have a bull like etebo coming in at such a time to re-invigorate the team, especially in a defensive sense.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Freekick conceeded in a dangerous area by Simon.

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Freeckick goes agonizingly wide of Uzoho’s right. Tho Francis seemed to have it covered.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Halftime in Singapore….and its Bra 0:1 Nig

Nigeria is sure earning respect nowadays….!

  • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

We need to start searching for competition for Jamiu Collins in that left back position…he gives too much space.

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

      I 2nd that motion.

Tho a very decent defender….but he is still very much average and always looks like an easy piece of meat for attackers.

Hopefully, with more exposure and gametime against top opponents like these, he will overcome that seeming lack of “ginger” on the pitch

  • My people my dear super eagles are really flying, this boys are good,we can win world cup with this boys

  • Lord AMO 5 years ago

The work rate is great.  Brazil have had more of the ball while we have sat deep pretty much controlling them at arms length as we haven’t given up any real dangerous situations.  We do need to control the ball better when we have it. Get it to chukwueze as much as possible. Iwobi has to improve.  Osihmen na man!  Overall not a bad performance considering the opposition

  • Proudly 9ja 5 years ago

Brazil with a lot of d ball without end product. The boys have been great in terms of defensive organization. 9ja is kinda given dem too much respect but dats understandable. Osimen and chukwueze are d real deal. what can u say about Joe aribo, what an incredible run, una see how him posteize marquinhos damn dat boy is good running into d box. The entire team has been awesome. We have had to soak in pressure too much for my liking but dat could be strategic to then catch dem on d counter. 2nd half should be interesting. Beat Brazil and we move up d ranking The boys just need to keep doing what they are doing but with less respect to d Brazilians and we should be good. Brazil will come out in d 2nd half and dat could be dia downfall. My humble opinions

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Yea…..beat brazil guys and lets end 2019 in the top 30 of FIFA rankings

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

I’m proud of you Allah. I’m proud of myself omo9ja for providing Aribo that Nigeria needed.

More still coming by God’s grace.
Great job Super Eagles so far. I’m very impressed with Uzoho performance.

Now, first half is gone. I am expecting Oga Rohr to ring changes.

We need the service of Ębuahi in this match and others. I predicted Nigeria 3 Brazil 0 before the match and I still believe it’s acceptable by God’s grace.

Big names and FIFA ranking doesn’t play football. FIFA just using that to create phobia and biased statements for other teams. Let’s goooooo Super Eagles. God bless Nigeria!!!

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

      Hehehehehe…3-0 ko…..30-0 ni.

Two mouthed fellow…always wanting to hug success. LMAO

You have never wished this team well….so make way and let us enjoy them playing.

Those of us who have always wished them well know ourselves….!

  • Ololo 5 years ago

Honesty iwobi needs to be dropped… I love this competition.. No way aribo goes to the bench and surely he deserves the number10 shirt.
How many of us notice no one gets past awaziem at the right back.. This boy for Me is my man of the match.

    • I agree with you on Iwobi been dropped.

For me, Aribo should be the further forward midfielder with Etebo and Ndidi sitting in front of the defence.

  • Proudly 9ja 5 years ago

Just as a side note, I think 9ja should take a leaf from d Brazilian playbook and have a Nigeria global tour, can u imagine how the SE brand would improve and how much moni d NFF will make? Just imagine having SE in North America (US and Canada) immediately they announce d ticket sales it will be sold out. Talk less of having SE in europe (with d amount of Nigerians in England, Spain, Germany etc, tickets sold out as well. Now Africa (places like Ghana, Cameroon, SA etc) also tickets will fly off d shelf. So all dis non payment of players or coaches can be a tin of d past. just thinking out loud

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

    1-1

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Lapse defending by the eagles and casemiro reacts 1st to the rebound.

Pull up your socks guys……football is a 90 min game.

  • Proudly 9ja 5 years ago

    Brazil equalizes

  • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

They are exploiting Jamiu’s area bug time

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Osimhen gets an header on target off yet another chukwueze cross.

One day one day the partnership go click…!

  • Sunnyb 5 years ago

Honestly I ve been saying this for a while we need serious competition especially for Colins and Iwobi, for Iwobi his game is not improving, can’t run, gives the ball away cheaply, above all he can’t take over a game. for Colins the guy his decent but not super Eagles material yet.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

55′ Brazil has come out smoking this 2nd half…..causing a few anxious moments in our box including the equalizer.

  • Sunnyb 5 years ago

Rohr common we need fresh legs, we need to asses other players, the midfield in particular needs fresh legs.

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

56′ Another awesome save from Uzoho off MArquinos’ header in the 6 yard box.

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

May history never forgive those who mounted pressure on Rohr to drop Uzoho for AFCON…..including the ones from this forum.

  • koladoc 5 years ago

This pure shit. Schoolboy defending. Sper Eagles looks like some randomly selected Sunday league side

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Another nearly situation for Nigeria as Brazil hits the post from yet another corner kick…..Uzoho seems to have suffered a serious dislocation in the process..!

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

….I pray its not a long term injury

And Okoye finally gets to take his SE bow…..against mighty Brazil.

Can he replicate Uzoho’s feat against Argentina in November 2017…???

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

This is where I’m having an issue with coach Rohr. Make changes before it’s too late.

Play good football let’s us enjoy men. God bless Nigeria!!!

  • Proudly 9ja 5 years ago

Ndidi needs to release d ball quicker and stop committing needless freekicks. I think GR should bring in some fresh legs to help d midfield. Simon has tried alot and he is tired, Dennis should come in. Maybe Azeez for iwobi and push aribo further up. we need to control d midfield.

  • Greenturf 5 years ago

We are defending too much for my liking.Nigeria is not know for defending this deep irrespective of opponents. At least we can play football.
Let’s take the game to the Brazilians! you cannot win big teams defending for 90 mins.We are making the Brazilians to look too good than they are.I saw the second half against Senegal,Brazil never had it this good.We respect big opposition too much that’s why we don’t go further than the second round of the world cup.
    It’s a shame indeed.

  • Sunnyb 5 years ago

Rohr please this’s a friendly match we need to assess other players, remove Simon and Iwobi let see other players

  • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

This coach might be tactically inept….substitute for christ sake.

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

This too bad. No substitute except for the goalkeeper. Why defending? Coach Rohr whyyyyyyyyyy. Please play good football. Time is running out now. This is very annoying. We have players. God bless Nigeria!!!

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

73′ Lucky defending from Nigeria….with Richarlison missing when it would have been easier to score

  • Michael 5 years ago

Please replace Collins with ebuehi for God’s sake

  • koladoc 5 years ago

    Rohr is a tactical corpse

  • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Paul Onuachu on for Osimhen…….time for Onuachu to either shape in or shape out of the eagles. His AFCON flop was as monumental as it could be.

  • Onuachu of all people God!

    • Proudly 9ja 5 years ago

This onuachu of a person sef. At least we weren’t beaten a feat that no 9ja team has ever done if am not mistaken. Many lessons to be learnt. Players like onuachu didnt distinguish himself and non invitation next time won’t be a surprise to many. Iwobi needs more competition to get d best outta him. For d little I saw of ramon azeez I think azubuike is a better player. The new goalie tried as he commanded his box well. Uzoho did very well but his footwork needs serious work una see how him lago day ball into our net though it was ruled offside. Better defender to compete with Collins is warranted. But all in all d future is great. Also we need another chuzee as he gets tired at around d 70-75 mins so a replacement or someone like kalu on d otherside will reduce d burden on d little guy. Musa is still relevant to this team imho but not as a winger but as a false 9 ashe is good at making certain runs in d box. Kudos to d boys for not being disgraced and holding dia own against a 5 time world champion albeit some few patches in d game. my 2 cents

  • Sunnyb 5 years ago

Always questionable substation with Rohr, take Simon and Iwobi let’s see Denis and Azeez

  • koladoc 5 years ago

We are losing this game in the midfield and the coach brought on a useless striker

  • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

My fellow Nigerians as we can see talent is not our problem but tactical ineptitude. Simple friendly this man can’t make the right substitutions.

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Talent was your problem when you couldnt qualify for AFCON back to back abi…????

      • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Well we didn’t have as.much quality as we have now… what has the present analysis have to do with our not qualifying back to back for Afcon and dis we have as much quality players then as we have now?

        • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hmmmm…In your honest opinion, we these boys have more qaulity that Aiyenugba, Enyeama, Ikeme (goalkeepers)
Ambrose, Odiah, Echeijile, Joel Obi, Mikel Obi, Nsofor, Ahmed Musa, Obafemi Martins, Victor Moses, Taiye taiwo, Ogenyi Onazi, Emmanuel Emenike, Osaze Odemwingie, Obasi Ogbuke, Ike uche, Kenneth Omeruo.

How many of the players lined up against Brazil today can bench any of the above named players at their peak in their respective positions…???

We have more quality players now indeed…LMAO

          • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Mr I know it all, Mr Correct everyone, Mr ode….the last time we met Brazil we were teounced 3-0 on home soil. Just shut up and respect other people’s opinion and state urs rather than scting like you are.some genius analyst. Were!

          • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Gba fun muri n’ile ni gba fun gbada l’oko.

      • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Oga I take God beg you don’t reply to my opinion again…abeg! You’re too full of yourself and egotistical. We know people like you. You feel you are right all the time and everybody is wrong. You mentioned the likes of chidi odiah and co and I referenced that last Brazil match because we were trounced at home and couldn’t hold it down like today. I still don’t understand what you were trying to get at by mentioning back to back nation’s cup non qualification. All I said is that we have more quality now than in recent. We have defenders playing in West brom and Torino.Unlike in the past where Yobo was the only defender playing in a top league for Everton. Oboabona was playing for some turkish club, but kudos to them cuz they still won the nations cup. Even the commentators admitted that this is gradually growing team that will be strong and most of them play regular club football. We have exciting talents whether u agree or not and Yes I stand by my earlier statement we have an exciting group of talents we havent seen in over 10 years. Go and argue with you village people. Oloshi…..apoda buruku.

        • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Pardon my typos I’m trying to reply animbecile while at work….while his full time job is to insult people if they don’t agree ornif he doesn’t agree with their opinion.

          • Ashy Slashy 5 years ago

I feel you. Don’t waste your time with a bona fide imbecile.

      • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Of course we didn’t qualify because of several factors if I start listing them from NFF doen to the coach and form of players it will be endless. Great teams sometimes miss out in tournaments. Rohr has done well for the National team but he still has some lapses technically. He invites to best we currently have unlike some of the players that were invited for the 2014 world cup and past nations cup qualifiers. R.I.P Stephen Keshi. We all know alot of Nigerian coaches never invited based of form but invited players due to thei status and names. I end my conversation with you at this point. Theres $$$ to be made tonight in Miami while ur miserable self still waiting for me to come back and argue lol…..alayi nkan she….ashiereee

        • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hahahahaha….Today is supposed to be a Sunday…Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest….but you are busy scavenging even on a Sunday night in order to stay alive….. while I’m having fun, yet you are feeling infuriated…pls on whose behalf…??

I dont need to scavenge to make $$$. I make $$$ even when I’m relaxing….I make $$$ even while I’m vacationing 10000 miles away from my base….LMAO

If not because you are mentally deranged…..after claiming talent isnt our problem but technical ineeptitude, I posed you a very simple question….in those years when we were ranked below 60 in the world and couldnt beat the likes of Congo, Tanzania, SA and Egypt that we now beat for fun…..did we lack talent then…???

I even listed the players who were in our SE then and asked you to map their quality with those of the ones we have now…I also gave you a simple assignment to tell which one can bench any of the listed at their peaks in the SE……But since you are intellectually bankrupt, you went flying all over the place and shadow boxing yourself….LMAO.

The technical ineptitude we have now is making us the toast of giants and everybody now wants to meet Nigeria…the technical ineptitude has molded our team into a force that is on the rise, from below 60th position to approaching the top 30. If this current team has half the number of caps and experience those players I listed have, with the same “technically inept” coach according to a mentally inept fool like you, they will win AFCON back to back.

Olodo…Lolz….When they cannot match you intellectually, they start feeling threatened and resort to mudslinging.

Alaaru oshi…..your mates them dey relax for weekend, you dey gba’aru for miami dey even feel on top of the world….LMAO

          Omo ewon…!!!

          • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Thunder strike that mouth wey u dey use call me mentally deranged..May Ogun strike your mouth. You are sick and probably the one with mental health issues….Look through all your comments and see how ur jumping from left to right likfe a fool. Bravo! smartest football analyst in the world. Saying the coach is technically inept doesn’t mean I’m saying he is doing a bad job. I’m only saying that his substitutions and timings and other tactics are wrong at certain times even Alex Fergusonmade tactical mistakes. You wrote two full essays just because you don’t understand what I meant by technicial ineptitude….talking about rankings when we werw 60 to no. You are a fool….show me where I said Rohr has done a bad job. E be like sey tou dey take some anger out on us here from your regular life. Oloriburuku. Maybe yiu should understand that technical ineptitude doesnt mean he is not getting results. I can just tell that ur one of the egotistical bastards and a sociopath. Right from your first reply u started with sarcasm like a little bitch that knows it all. How old are you 5?

          • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hehehehe….Primitive he-goat…nor be only Ogun, ayelala nor follow…??
Mr. Lecturer…tell us why/how tactical ineptitude is/supposed to be a problem then if it gets or is getting good result..hahahaha…Olodo…he is cunningly trying to wriggle himself out of his hole of stupidity.
Just admit you are an intellectual handicap who cannot match up in a simple converstion, thats why your are feeling threatened….olofo oshi….LMAO
I thought you said you are at work making $$$…??? Agbekpooo oshi. Oponu s’owe nu…..LMAO

          • Ashy Slashy 5 years ago

Wow, so Dr Drey is still going about offending people on this Platform?

Footballfanatic, please don’t be vexed. He does it to everyone.

Very soon now he will say you and I are the same people!

          • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hehehehehe…is your conscience pricking you already…? Lolz.

      • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Na your papa and your mama go gne poh…. your writing clearly transcribes the type of house u came from….hate filled house lol. Assuming so much about a stranger, like you know his life just says alot about your ego. Fool said I’m trying to wriggle out. I insist out coach lacks some tactics which could have gotten us better results not saying he is not hasn’t done well but could have gotten better results. So what do you want from me? To change my opinion to suit yours like a bitch??? No way on earth will I. Apoda oshi. Dr drey lmaooo…Dr street football analyst. Intellectually inept fool who thinks he is smarter than everyone by bullying with the keyboard. I looked through all the comments and ur the only one commenting on everybody’s post shows you have some mental health problem. Attacking everyone’s 2 cents. You are yet to show me where I said Rohr has done a bad job. I only said he needs to improve his tactics and u resort to insults. Omo ale.

        • Ashy Slashy 5 years ago

I know, that was how he commented on my innocent post before the World Cup last year only to rain insults at me.
Me I put him in his place. I don’t take nonsense.
After I dealt with him wella, he thinks every person he upsets is him.
The guy is such a psychopath of epic propositions. You have never seen anything like it.
The lunatic will pounce on your post then attempt to devour you. Such a reprobate.
Please footballfanatic, don’t let the swine upset you jare.
          He is a born loser.

          • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hahahahaha…you really put me in my place…..threatening to ban me from this forum for years now and still counting, praying that I die or get chocked on my next meal, but your failure stares you right in the face ….Lolz.

You even change your identity every now and then just to conceal your perpetual failure, thinking you can fool everyother person because you continually succeed in fooling yourself.

Welcome back….! At least you were brave enough to use this Id today….LMAO

        • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hahahahaha….who ask you for confession now…? You dey find fans….???

Who has any businees with your warped opinions…do you even have any…???

In a friendly match where 6 subs are allowed the coach subs a striker for another and that to you is tactical ineptitude….??? LMAO

I’ll rather be a street football analyst than be a deranged street scavenger….Lolz

Your coaches that had tactical aptitude how did they manage to drag down below 60th position in the world and not qualify for common AFCON…?

People like you will open your rotten mouth and try to sabotage a hard working fellow when you cant even think straight on your own without assistance….thats how mentally handicap you are. Lolz. Pls when he eventually leaves apply for the Job since you know better than him. At least you wouldnt be slaving 7 days a week to survive like you are doing at the moment…Lolz

Your stupidity sees salient conversation as confrontation. Mumu….if you nor sabi keep healthy conversations because of your dumbness whose fault is it…???

You even have time to look through all the comments on the thread shows how jobless you are…LMAO bragging that you are making $$$ on a Sunday when your mates are resting and still making the same $$$…

          Agbekpoo oshi….! LMAO

          • Footballfanatic 5 years ago

Your such a clown how do you know I work 7 days. Another assumptions. Now that I know u have been raining abuses on people here for years, I rest my case. I knew you were a sociopath or had some sort of mental health issue as corroborated by the gentleman above. Only a delusional man will assume a stranger is agbe kpoh or works 7 days a week withoutbknowing the person’s life. The only way you can know this is probably through your delusions which make you think you are right all the time. You are a low life my brother and your statements stink of lunatic and a depressed broke fellow who resorts to sports column to override this mental health issues. Why do u keep referring to my $$ e dey pain u? To be honest how old are u. You might really be old enough to be my dad. You’ve been commenting here for years according to toher forumites and abusing people. Na shopono go kill u this monday morning.

How Onuachu is a footballer still beats me.
Alex Iwobi is fast losing it. He hardly lasts more than 45 minutes.

      Good game for us.

    84’…….Ramon Azeez for Iwobi.

Not the best of games for Iwobi today. He definitely needs more competition for the no 10 role.

    • koladoc 5 years ago

I think Aribo is his competition. The guy appears better than Iwobi

      • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Aribo has not shown to be creative enough.

His best bet is the box-to-box role which he is handling excellently at the moment.

Another huge let off for the SE.

Definite goal from Coutinho stopped on the goal line by Semi Ajayi.

Wow. I am so disappointed in Oga Rohr in this match. So you have nice sub and you didn’t believed in your team? Why late sub? Oh my word. This is our chance to beat main team of the Brazilians. Indeed, Oga Rohr needed a refresher course. God bless Nigeria!!!

    Another entertaining game of football.

Pls…pls…pls….NFF….pls…these are the types of quality opponents we want to be engaging in friendlies henceforth. Its good for the exposure and confidence of these boys. It can only get better from here (if that self destruct button isnt pressed once again by the FA).

More work still needs to be done on the team though. Football is a game of 90 mins….90 good minutes…..there has to be some way by which these players will be conditioned, mentally and physically to last for 90 mins on the pitch.

The SE are gradually earning respect in world football now…!

  • Michael 5 years ago

    I think overall, it’s a good match.
We had omeruo, aina and kalu, etebo who couldn’t make this match.
It shows you we are having better bench. Imagine if we had all of them, then we would have had more options on the bench.

  • Xxxxxxxxxplay 5 years ago

The game is not bad considering we are playing against Brazil but honestly speaking our boys are too defensive and cautious which I think is a result of confidence and top national team exposure and partly I will advise coach to be more adventurous in his tactical approach. If Nigeria has really play attacking football I think Brazil can not withstand us . Then it’s time we get a replacement for Iwobi he needs rigidity consistency in his game . Joe Aribo to me looks decent and can play that play maker role well Iwobi really is enjoying the good will of Okocha. That Aribo is a baller if you consider the way he scores and the way he easily left Thiago lost before the later fouled him . Aribo should be pushed forward in subsequent matches.. All in all I think our defenders really tried . When compared our match with Senegal the only difference is Senegal players are more confidence may be due to their top players in big clubs then Senegal play a patter of robust football which is highly physical and defensive.

I’m done with coach Rohr. Coach Rohr can never beat any big team. This match shows his capacity.

For those of you that believed the coach still have something to offer us, I’m sorry for you.

As I said before, he coach Rohr will continue having fantastic team but will fail to deliver.

The only option is that NFF need to act fast to employ another assistant coaches for him or he should step down.

We can’t continue this way. For Brazil, only the name left for them. They are not good as a team.

If we had a sound coach today, Eagles would have embarrassed the Brazilian team.

Oga Rohr supporters club Nigeria limited lol, how market? Deo, Ayphillydegreat and so many of you, can you see now that is idea the coach to get a new assistant coaches or he should leave us alone?

Shall we continue like this? Over to you ooooooo. God bless Nigeria!!!

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

      Hahahahahaha……….See talk….?!

“For Brazil, only the name left for them. They are not good as a team”……it seems NEPA cut your light when COPA America was on. Maybe I should inform you now that they are the current champions of South America.

“If we had a sound coach today, Eagles would have embarrassed the Brazilian team.”…….why didnt all the teams in South America embarass them at COPA America…? Why didnt Senegal embarass them last 4 days ago…?LMAO….Oh…i forgot, they dont have good teams and good coaches……LMAO

“Coach Rohr can never beat any big team..”…..Its like the Agege and Ajegunle boys in your ghetto stole your TV when we beat the likes of Poland and Argentina previously.

Just today, just a few hour ago, this was you…”Great job Super Eagles so far.”…..2 hrs later, fiam you don change mouth as usual. Its like you forgot to add your usual lines of “……Although I didnt watch the match…..”

      Seriously, you need help….LOLzzz…!

Good game but Wrong substitution and late substitution killed this game. Oshimen was wrongly substituted for that Good for nothing Onuachu. Hence we would have won 2-1

  • Thank you jare @ola. Do you want the coach to start making substitute at 50 minute. As for those shouting Iwobi Iwobi what is your problem with d guy he didn’t do badly in the game football is sometimes like that at time. I know some idiot will still come here and say rubbish abt the coach as if they no better.

    • For me i think ndidi is part of the problem. Rohr should give him competition there by bringing in azubuike. K nwakali. Onazi. These guys plays like etebo and some of them offer more in the midfield. I think iwobi is inreplacable exept ebere of qpr is invited. U people forgot so soon how iwobi scores thesame goal against cameroun argentina zambia. Stop critisizin that guy he is still young and will get better

  • Mr Hush 5 years ago

    A good game..a fair result.
Though from the tactical approach seems Brazil wanted the win more and Nigeria just all around playing for a draw..
In my humble opinion, though respect is needed in the game but too much respect is cowardice and that wouldn’t get you far.Nigeria today showed too much respect and were too conservative with their approach, which for me always plays against us ,and such approach is not surprising to me due to the fact that,we all know this is Rohr’s only tactics.
It is quite noticeable that no matter which team Rohr come against ,he always tend to be conservative with his approach, and so rigid to change. His inflexibility has always cost us matches we are on the ascendency or matches we could have played safer high up the pitch. And such showed in this match.
Yes, it is Brazil but this is the same Brazil; Senegal, Peru and Colombia all respected but were brave enough to be flexible with their approach and still came out with favourable results.
Rohr man management is top notch; but his tactical ability is inept,it is totally flawed and short sighted in today’s game. We can’t keep playing a drab conservative defensive style of game; we would always concede goals by this approach. We have conceded goals in 5 out of our last 6 matches; our only saviour is that we have a good attack that scores too. That means our approach to the game must be on the front foot.Simply play to your strength..our strength..ATTACK..

Well, i can’t be Oliver Twist , so grateful the boys did good to get us this draw.
    From today’s game.my own assessment.
Positives: Ekong, Ajayi, Awaziem(good defensively, terrible attacking), Ndidi, Osimhen ,Samu, Moses, Aribo..
Middle of the lane: Uzoho, Collins( Tried but need to do more and can be easily replaced if we find a better option).
    Negatives: Onuachu, Iwobi( needs competition)
Need further evaluation: Azeez, Olayinka,Okoye, Dennis .

    Just my take

  • Chairmanfemi 5 years ago

Omo9ja. Just stop displaying your senselessness here please. Coach Rohr is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria football since he came on board. You either live with that fact or you die with it. Were you expecting us to beat Brazil 5-0??? Even your prediction just makes me Laugh… 3-0??? Even when Brazil are not in form, the best a team can beat them is a Goal margin. 1-0,2-1 so stop bordering yourself and appreciate the good work Coach Rohr has done on this team. Can your Coach like Siasia, Oliseh and those amateur Money Mongers in Nigeria ever stand Brazil talk less of Drawing them 1-1??? We would have all expected something like 4-0 loss had it been they are in charge.

What a reasonable being will do is to Appreciate the effort of this guys and then state where they can improve not this your Mumu Hate talks everytime. This team played well today. The likes of ARIBO, Ajayi, Chukwueze, Uzoho, Simon, Oshimen and Ekong played really well. Not forgetting the hard tackling and attack minded AWAZIEM! The likes of Iwobi, Ndidi, Collins did try but weren’t at there best to me. Iwobi gave away the ball needlessly and Ndidi was very slow in releasing the ball when he ought to and was dispossessed plenty times. Collins of course showed he is not a good Man-marker like Awaziem as he has failed against Mahrez and today also GABRIEL JESUS. Coach Rohr saw Iwobi was very tired and the midfield looks like its only ARIBO but went on to remove Oshimen that was a threat to the Brazilian defense. Why would he do that??? He would have quickly brought on Azeez for Iwobi and Aribo pushes to No. 10 role and remove COLLINS for a better man marker in Ebuehi and later substitute the two wingers who were obviously getting tired in the 70th minutes and we would have won the game quite well.

Once again, Nice play Super Eagles. We are now gaining our respect back. Even Brazil no say na God save them today. My Sincere Wishes to Uzoho who was outstanding today. Quick Recovery bro. Nice debut Maduka Okoye.

    #Hail Coach Rohr
    #Brazil Danced Samba
#Fire ONUACHU out of Super Eagles ASAP
    GOD BLESS NIGERIA

  • @Omo9ja…so which coach will u recommend for NFF? Since Rohr is no more a good coach.
This is the best Midfield combination we can produce for now… Indidi- Aribo- Iwobi. Take it or leave it..
We played against Brazil not Rwanda.

  • The whole players did well plus the coaching crew. That stadium was like a home to the Brazilian. Some people will still have negative things to say like the one aboved saying had the team play attacking footnall they would have won. Abeg which attacking football again. Yes Brazil had more of the ball in the second half but kudos must be giving to the coach and the boys for holding up. It was a good match all together.

  • Glory 5 years ago

God bless Rohr n please please Rohr don’t ever think of resigning. This team is going places. So don’t allow an ” Okpe” come rip where they did not show. Great performance from the team. From Uzoho to Ekong to Ajayi,to Iwobi to Aribo d ball, to my wazza dazzler n infact the entire team, you all did well against the South American champion BRAZIL.

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

I won’t argue with you people because the match we just watched shows that Nigeria can beat Brazil more the 3-0 I predicted before today.

Your excuses again? Why? Can you see the reactions of Deo, Ayphillydegreat and others? You students should learn from your masters now. They can’t tell me they didn’t watch the match. That means coach Rohr letting them down again.

This team can not go beyond this level with coach Rohr. We did not enjoy the match. Did you?

We are playing a friendly match and our team were defending? For what?
To defend their world cup title? Lolz.

I will continue telling you guys the bitter truth until you listen.

What made Brazil superior against us was because of inability of coach Rohr tactics and game plan.

Wrong sub, late subs and defending for no reasons will make coach Rohr’s team be average team forever. That is the bitter truth.

We better than that the Brazilian team in today’s match but the coach fumbled again. Many of us still believed in that Name Brazil but name doesn’t play football.

The name “Brazil” is heavy but this current Selecao team are not better than our team and are beatable.

The performances of the Eagles were a bit good in the 1st half compared to the second half.

That means our team is built for 45 minutes of actions not 90 minutes.

You can’t roped me in coach Rohr’s disciples. You and Oga Rohr have failed to delivered an historical record against the South American heavyweight. What a chance men.

We need to change our mentality. We can’t compete with the best? Why are we not among the best? It’s simply because we believed that others are better than us while that we refuse to believed in ourselves that we are better than them all.

This is very annoying. Black people, we need to change our thinking ooo. We have what it takes to excel wherever we are. Believe in God and in yourself that you can.

Oh well, keep blabbing ooo. It’s your time for excuses and keep them coming. Ire o. God bless Nigeria!!!

Hahahahahah we are indeed better that the Brazilians,

Cant you see we are the current champions of the Olympics as well as current champions of COPA America…?

Cant you see we are the ones currently ranked no 3 in the world and Brazil ranked no 34.

Cant you see that all our players won at least one title or the other in their clubs last season, while the Brazilians even have players from 2nd division clubs.

Cant you see our players play year in year out in the UEFA champions league and even have experience of playing at semifinals and finals levels and Brazilian players hardly get to play in Europa league sef.

We are indeed FAR BETTER than Brazil. Infact we should have hammered them like 100-0 the way we hammered India that year (the biggest fable of all time)

You say we cant compete with the best, yet the best cannot defeat us.

We played Ukraine, 13 places above us in FIFA rankings, in front of their home fans and it took the help of Referee for them to force us to a 2-2 draw……We played Brazil, 33 places above us on the FIFA rankings, them sef nor fit beat us.

Even when we had the likes of Kanu and Okocha, na 0-3 dem hamma us for our own backyard.

  • Omo9ja 5 years ago

This is the problem of coach Rohr Nigeria limited. Why are you people following the coach blindly?

The mistake he made against Ukraine, Argentina also occurred in today’s match.

His team can not defending their lead when for the entire durations of the game.

    Why defending instead of attacking?

Against a team like this, you put FIFA ranking and their heavyweight name aside and play them with the total commitments.

So, Peru were playing in Madrid and Barcelona before beaten the Brazilian team? Who is fooling who?

This kind of game only comes once in a while and the coach fumbled period. Only Mr. Mr.HUSH is speaking the truth here for now.

What a chance it was. I still maintained my point, under coach Rohr, this team can not go beyond this level. The coach is trying but he doesn’t have the tactics to excel.

Let’s face the truth. We saw that at the world cup and in Afcon as well. Way forward is to get the coach a new set of our ex players to help him or he can vacate his position. Time is money.

I am begging the NFF to pay Oga Rohr his money. The man his trying his best. I hate cheating in my life. Please and please he deserves more that what he is getting from you NFF. God bless Nigeria!!!

    • Dr. Drey 5 years ago

Hehehehehe….this is the highlight of the Brazil vs Peru friendly. You will show me the attack attack that peru played in that match because they are better than Brazil. Peru is ranked 19th in the world yet couldnt test the goalkeeper until the 85th minute when they got their goal in the 0-1 win. The defended all thru and Brazil was all over them.

You are the one that is blind to progress. You never see anything good about the team. You are asking why we are defending….no when u coach your own team tell them to come and sit down with you on the bench anytime the opponents have the ball. tell them not to defend. LMAO

coach Rohr, this team can not go beyond this level…thank you, we know, we have heard you. Dont watch the team again when next they play.

Teams who are way ahead of us are finding it difficult to beat us, we are giving them a tough time on the pitch and they are having course to wish to play us in mire friendlies to test their won strenght, and you are here talking yanyanpo.

We draw a Brazil who is 33 places above us on FIFA ranking, you complain about the coach, if a team like honduras or albania or saudi arabia who are over 30 places below us plays a draw against us, you will still complain. When it suits you Fifa rankings dont matter, when it doesnt, Fifa rankings matter.

Ive never seen anyone who speaks from both sides of the mouth like u before.

We were on the same level with them honduras, albania and saudi arabia when this same ROhr took over o….now we are rubbing ankles with the likes of Ukraine and Brazil in the top 20 or world football, but he has fumbled according to you…..LMAO

Pls Omo9ja, can you do us a favour on this forum and show us your school cert results….Lolz…let us start handling your matter from there….. because it is people like you who never give their children pat on the back and will brag that they were top of their class only for their certificates to be found in one corner of the room with many kind marks like Muhammadu Jubril own….LMAO

Lolz. Well, thanks for the compliments. As you can see now, your oga on the top refused to talk Deo and Ayphillydegreat.

What does that means to you? They are sick and tired of the Performances of our team and in particular, coach Rohr.

How about Ędo man, Ara nkita, Udah and many of them? Do you think they didn’t watch the match? And for them not to say a single word means a lot.

Are you not seeing what I’m seeing ni?

I begged of you young man, go and rest somewhere. You really have to rest. You deserve it. God bless Nigeria!!!

They are not the mouthpiece of CSN, and neither are they the soverign owners of CSN…they are forumites on this forum who comment when they have time and space to do so, just like every other person on CSN….and so far Others have spoken already, and you seem to be the only one doing your naked dance in the village square…….at least pending when your impersonating slave @ peterside Udah gets to steal some money to buy data.

You are the only one who didnt enjoy the match….LMAO and may you never enjoy any match super eagles play again…..because it is seeing the team get bad results or loose you always enjoy….you never enjoy seeing them secure good results. LMAO

          • SeanTee 5 years ago

Omo9ja, Dr. Dre both una suppose collect award for debate.Lol. The truth is that it’s a fair match for the Eagles but we can do better if the Coach is technically sound. Firstly removing Osimhen for Onuachu is completely wrong bcos the prob is from the midfield. Iwobi keep losing possession, Ndidi very sluggish on the ball and losing almost every one on one contest though unlike him but we never can tell e fit don sneak in olosho overnight maybe that’s why he doesn’t look fit. Collins marking not good enough shuld have sub him likewise Iwobi. In all,we need to attack more cuz personally i hate defensive approach. Also you can’t give your opponent all the time they need on the ball to slaughter u. If we all noticed each Brazilian player got almost 6secs opportunity on the ball without being challenged. On a good day if u give a quality opposition such Time on the ball they will kill you. So the honest truth is Rohr can’t do more than what he’s doing and that is not enough for Us. Our strength lies in the attack so it’s a bad idea having the front 3 join the defense and midfielders at the back all the time bcos they will get tired even before 70mins since they’re not robot

  • May be you people have even forgotten that Uzoho and Osimhen played just a single match in the nation’s cup…
Ajayi, Aribo, Denis, Azeez were all not at the nation’s cup.
And we played against a team that have been together for years, even played draw. Chaii…u people be careful o!..wait till we bend and see Wats up

He haunted Chima E Samuel for long periods, now he has shifted his attention to Omo9ja.
